I have battled neck and shoulder pain for years. Primarily using weekly physical therapy and chiropractor visits. Additionally I preformed exercises and stretches that took anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour on a daily basis. Recently after having shoulder surgery both my shoulders ached throughout the day and I could not reach above should height without great pain. I found that if I forced my shoulder backs by squeezing my shoulder blades together my mobility greatly increased and the pain greatly decreased. Unfortunately my muscles would tire or my concentration would drift to other matters and the pain would return. The I tried the Gearari Posture Corrector and within one day the pain decreased and the mobility increased because I had a constant reminder to maintain the correct posture. I was able to wear the Corrector approx three hours the first day before the straps became uncomfortable. The next day was just under four hours in the morning and then another three hour in the evening before the straps bothered me. After three days I've already noticed my posture without the Corrector on has improved. The straps have become more comfortable because my posture is improving lessening the pressure of the straps. My own muscles are developing the memory and strength to keep my shoulders back. I believe I will continue to use the corrector for several hours on a daily basis as a tool that keeps the correct posture as a habit that stays ingrained throughout every day.

A little big for me, have to adjust the straps all the way basically. Seem to help, not too uncomfortable so the recommended "ease into it" was easily surpassed in time worn. Not something I'd wear under clothing/against my skin though, that would not be as comfortable and would be very awkward to remove when wanting it off. It's a good reminder to stand straight, and a good value for the money.

Perfect for posture correction but very irritating under arm and arm pit, would be nice if had some cushion at those pressure points

As someone who spends long hours at a desk, I was beginning to notice the toll it was taking on my posture. However, since using this product, I've experienced a significant improvement. The design is comfortable and discreet, allowing me to wear it under my clothes without any discomfort or bulkiness. There was a lot of issues with this product. Sizing- This product expresses how it’s one size fits all because of the adjustable strap. It is not for all sizes because I’m a US medium and it was too big on me. When I secured the straps to the Velcro, the overall harness was loose. I even tried different methods of attaching the straps... it just made it uncomfortable. Trying to stick to its directions, I had to get somebody else to attach the strap to the farthest it can on the back of where some Velcro was. Even then, the results were really lacking. It doesn’t really act as a harness or brace because you can easily fall into poor posture while wearing it. Painful/uncomfortable- I tried wearing this according to the instructions as well as a variety of methods and all of them were painful (not painful in the “oh it is helping my back so it’s just sore!” kind of way either.) You can’t wear it discreetly under clothes. I tried wearing it over a tank top and under a sweater, and it felt like somebody was rubbing sandpaper under my arms because of the material. I took the sweater off to see what was going on and learned that what felt like a bunch of shaving accidents looked like a lot of irritation (red rash under my armpits, by my armpits, on my shoulders). The material is not comfortable. Does it work? Even at its tightest, the build and material of it does not provide any actual support to the back to help you keep a correct posture. The only reason why it kind of works is because it serves as a reminder that I had something very uncomfortable on and that I should physically be trying to straighten my back to lessen the pain (and even then came under arm irritation to a rather intolerable degree). My advice? Don’t get it. Instead opt for a brace/posture corrector with a more comfortable, supportive material that you can be happy with through the difficult adjustment of fixing posture.

I've used a few of these types of products but this one has improved on a few things that make it stand out. The other variants that I have tried use an elastic type strap, and this one uses a high quality and tough fabric that keeps my posture more consistent. The only downfall is that it does take a bit longer to get used to the feeling because its a constant position. The other thing I like about this compared to the rest is how you can route the traps through the back. I have them going across each other (in an "X" path) and this makes it so much more comfortable and easier to adjust them on the fly. I highly recommend this to anyone like me looking to help correct poor posture. I have tried many different ways to help fix my posture and back pain from sitting at a desk all day at work. This product is simple and thin enough I can even wear it under my work shirt so no one even notices. It's help relieve so much of my back pain from slouching. I recommend this product to anyone with this issue!

Simple and good design

Great posture corrector! It’s comfortable, adjustable, and easy to wear under clothes. It gently reminds me to keep my back straight without feeling too tight. Good quality and very helpful for improving posture. Highly recommended.
