So friggin small

I don't know what size 6-12 this thing fits, but clearly it's not an American size 6-12. I'm about a 10, and this thing felt like a size 0. I didn't even bother returning it because the shipping would have cost more than the item because of the distance. So I kept it...maybe my toddler can wear it when she plays dress up. I'm sure it will fit her perfectly. Nice color though.
