My husband has been using these for a couple of weeks now and we've both had uninterrupted sleep since. They are truly amazing! If your snoring is due to nasal valve collapse (like mine is,) then this is the solution. At least one in the kit will fit you. When it does, you will feel 1000 percent better. I know I did. It keeps the nostrils open during sleep, and even during they day while working out.

These work really well! Snoring is a loud problem at our house, and these stayed in place all night and stopped the snoring. Highly recommend!
