Great filter, better than the other pitcher filters and well worth the money
iSpring's countertop water drinking filter is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The carbon filter is huge, sturdy, and easy to set up. Compared to those flimsy pitchers that break after a month of use, this filter is a game changer. It saves me money in the long run and provides crystal clear water that gives me peace of mind. The best part? The water is filtered instantly. Thanks to the pressure system, there’s no waiting around for your water to drip through like with other systems. The spout is convenient, and the sink attachment lets you easily toggle between regular and filtered water. I’ve been using iSpring’s five-micron filter for years, and it lasts months, handling my water’s impurities with ease. I’ve moved twice since purchasing it, and I always take my iSpring filter with me. No matter where I live, this filter makes the water taste and feel cleaner. One time when I changed the filter, I was shocked to see all the gunk it had trapped—it was gross but satisfying to know the filter is working better than expected. On top of having an incredible product, iSpring’s customer service is unmatched. They helped me with an issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly. I’ll always stand by this company and would recommend their filters to anyone. I’m even saving up for their reverse osmosis system because I know their products are built to last. If you’re looking for a high-quality water filter that you can rely on, iSpring is the way to go.

Great product, even better customer service
The long and short of it was that I was in the market for a countertop filter to try out since my friends had recently got themselves one and I was impressed with the results. The reason I was looking into a countertop and not under sink filter was simply due to space restrictions; as the area underneath where I wanted to put the filters had been converted with moveable shelving that maximized the space for storage but limited anything else being there. My friends had bought a single stage countertop version (different brand) and I wanted to go the extra mile and get a 2 stage one instead. The CKC2 was the only 2-stage countertop I could find deliverable in a reasonable amount of time and I got it on my doorstep about a week later. Setup was very easy with the included adapter to my particular faucet and I was able to get everything done in literally 5 minutes. After the initial flushing phase, I gave a quick taste test of the water filtered versus straight from the tap and obviously I was really happy with the results. It's been a week later of using the system religiously and no problems to report. Speaking of which, there was an issue upon arrival of the unit being seemingly used. For whatever reason it appears I got some type of "display unit" sent to me since I couldn't figure out why my CKC2 was already assembled (with filters installed) and had a substantial amount of water already in the reservoir. I called up iSpring support with - Sean - who took care of me without hesitation in one phone call. I was actually taken a back that a human being picked up the phone immediately once I called customer support, something you don't get in this day and age. After a couple of days Sean took care of the issue with a friendly follow-up and the issue was taken care of. With that level of support, I'll definitely be recommending iSpring to friends. If I ever make the leap onto a bigger system down the road, I know where to look to as well. Thanks again Sean for the support - you the man! A few things to note as I read other reviews and some concerns. With a fresh set of filters, there's going to be a little overflow from the faucet of the unit (the one from the CKC2, not your sink) "dripping" a bit initially. This goes away once you pump enough water through the filters that they "settle" and that small amount of pressure should go away stopping the drips. This happens on my friend's single stage unit as well, which they lent me to try out before I got the CKC2 (and luckily spare filters to test the unit out with). Second, you can use most 10x2.5 filter cartridges for the CKC2. For my water in particular, dual carbon cartridges is a little bit "overkill" as I rather use a sediment + activated carbon set that works just fine. Naturally you can buy iSpring filters to simplify the process, but just wanted to throw a heads up that most other 10x2.5 filters should work as well. Just be careful as some of them don't come with silicone o-ring seals on the filter so you'll have to cannibalize those from another set that had them and place them onto the replacements. Finally take the diverter out once in a while and flush out any pebbles or sand that builds up in there. Pretty obvious advice, but some folks I imagine install it once and "forget about it".

If you don't mind tap water, this will elevate your life!
I ordered this countertop water filter model after reading a few articles. I chose this one because of the 5-step filtration system, the cost and the overall look. I received it very quickly and it was well packaged, preventing damage to the product. It was a smidge bigger than I expected, even after looking at the measurements, but I am not dissatisfied. I looked up their video for how it install it and it was very easy. Once I ran the filter for a few minutes, I did the water glass test. I could not believe that it improved my tap water as much as it did. I never noticed my plain tap water had a smell and taste. The filtered water comes out smelling like nothing and it has a "smoother" mouthfeel. I made tea and it tasted even better than usual. I am very happy with this product after just a couple hours of use! My only concern was whether or not the unit was BPA-free since it is made of mostly plastic. I looked everywhere including their website and could not find the answer. On their website, there was a messaging number so I texted my question. They responded within 10 minutes! I expected a response maybe by the end of the day. Nope! Right away they responded that they checked with their product team and confirmed that it is BPA-free. I can now confidently recommend this product to everyone for 3 reasons: 1) you will have much better tasting water for drinking and tea/coffee from a BPA-free unit, 2) The product is super easy to install and the cost is very reasonable (I got it on sale for $35), 3) Customer service is just a text message away and very responsive.

Tastes good!
Water tastes so much better! Still has some chlorine taste but that might be from the area I live in. It does leak a little bit after you close it so don’t leave it somewhere that might get water damage. Easy to use. The little lever used to turn the water from faucet to filter is plastic and I’m scared I’m going to break it if I’m too rough so try to handle with care. Installation wasn’t too bad but the male filter to female faucet was a little tricky. Other than that I’m happy with the filter.

Great filter, I have city water with lots of chlorine and it takes the taste and smell out of the water. I've seen others say this Leaks but you just have to make sure you clean it out good with soap at first and use the tool to tighten the filter housing as tight as possible and it won't leak. You can even attach other faucet attachments onto the water diverter too. I also recommend rinsing the filters under the tap first as a lot of carbon comes out at first.
