Seems like a good set. You can't really evaluate quality/durability until at least a year has passed, but no scratches/flaking surfaces so far. Pros: Useful sizes for frying pans. Thick bottoms make fore even heating, and less chance of rounding. Very good non-stick. The little hole in the lids prevents boiling over, and it also makes extra noise so you can hear when it's boiling too hard. Stack well in the cupboard. Good quality so far - will update after a year (had them 1 month so far). Cons: The lids are glass, but they fog up immediately, so you can't see through them anyway. Hard to wash between glass/metal rim. The knob on the lids is not grip friendly at all, which makes them a bit hard to use, especially if you've got any issues like arthritis etc. The knobs take up a lot of space in the drying rack. Pots are slightly too square, which makes them a little harder to wash right in the area where the bottom meets the side. Quite heavy - this is the trade off for thicker bottoms, so can't complain about it really. Over all, good value for money. I expect them to last longer than your average teflon pan.

START WITH THE CONS: They were OK, but not to the standard I've come to expect from Tefal. I'll admit I have a habit of dropping things from time to time, like anyone else, but 1 drop of about a metre to a vinyl floor and the pan was askew and had to be bent back into shape. The handles were initially not tightened when they were first delivered and i had to tighten the screws myself, but they haven't loosened since. THAT BEING SAID: I'd buy them again, this was the first set I've bought with my own money and frankly, I'm happy with them. They wash up easy enough and after a year of use they are still like new. I'm fussy when it comes to cookware, and the fact that i use these on a gas hob means i'm probably abusing these more than some other people. They're a good weight, i'm happy with the size and look. I'm not going to comment on the anti-scratch yet due to the fact i've only had them a year and this is when something like this would start to fall apart. I was given a bit of criticism for buying more expensive Pots and Pans when i moved into my first home... however i didn't want to replace them in a year or two and buy these my second time over... spend the money and get these.
