My old bulb has fll 18w 6400k is this compatible? my lamp is 3 in 1 with a magnified

This bulb is only for ultraviolet applications, you can not look directly at it when it is working. Mine fits into a Honeywell lamp for a central air conditioner system. I do not understand the "3 in 1 a magnified" part of your question. It was a little tight for my system, I had to buff the outside down a little to get it to fit in the holder. Hope this helps.
