First of all this is prefect for beginners. Very easy to use and melts at only around 100°F so useing heat sensitive materials like honey is very easy and safe. I love the fact its natrual and has a lot of beneficial ingredients like coconut oil and olive oil. Overall a great base that easy to use and very quality. It dose have a light scent , similar to olive oil but its not very strong. That being said unless u add stronger scnets it will always be noticeable. I added tumeric, honey, eucalyptus and rose but the original smell is still very present al be it a good smell. As for moisturizing and lather potential it worth fairly well but uts mainly up to what you add.

This soap base was easy to melt, not messy at all. I used it to make breast milk soap for my entire family. It lathers so well and I like that the scent is not super strong. It leaves you feeling squeaky clean but not dry at all. I’m definitely gonna buy again to make more soap!

This might be tmi, but I used this as a base to make breast milk soap and it was wonderful. It’s so easy to use first off. You simply melt it in the microwave, add your oils and breast milk, then mix it all together. If I’d known soap was this easy to make I’d have done it sooner. I’ve tried the lye way and I much prefer this way (way less mixing and mess). Anywho, I made it to treat my babies baby acne and it worked like a charm. The mixture was gentle enough it didn’t irritate her skin further and it cleared up her skin within a couple days. I like that there’s only a subtle scent and that I moisturizes at the same time. Definitely would recommend.

Product was good, set well. I used the clear glycerine before and in comparison, I felt that this product absorbed the essential oils scent more than the glycerine product. I will try it again and add double the amount oils.

Made roughly 15 bars of soap with the 2lb pack. I love this soap. The price is great, the lather is nice and it keeps your skin moisturized well. Size is great for personal use. I will buy this again for sure!

UPDATE: I simply did not know what I was doing smh. After playing around with it, it turned out be a great product! Had my family test the soap out and they all had nothing but good things to say about it. Ordered this based on the reviews. I'm not too impressed. Yes, it was easy to cut. But it started to set almost immediately after I stirred in the turmeric. I felt like I had to hurry to mix everything and pour into my mold. So, I wasn't happy that my soap wasn't thoroughly mixed like I wanted. Then I pull the soap out of my mold the next day (a full 24 hour) & my soap didn't even harden all the way, so its bendable. Honestly, I don't even want to test it out to see if it moisturizes or anything else. Unless I did something wrong, which if that's the case, some thorough instructions should be included with the purchase, I am not too impressed nor am I happy.
