I'm not by any stretch a seasoned athlete - I work out around 3-4 times a week at the gym - but over many years this has resulted in increased crepitus of the knees. Lately that's been accompanied by a mild soreness. So after some research, I decided to get these (got 2 of them, one for each knee). While the crepitus still occurs, I think the soreness and the general discomfort have decreased significantly. Because of the snugness and the overall grip of the sleeves, I feel I'm now able to exert proper control, and my form has improved a great deal. I've also not experienced any loosening (I went down a size, as suggested by a lot of other users) just yet, so hopefully that stays. Highly recommended for anyone worried about the state of their knees!

I actually really like this product. For my first work out after wearing them I saw a huge difference. No more knee pain! They do run small. So im glad I listened to the other reviews about sizing. The only bad thing is that they are so hot. At least I notice a difference from wearing them vs not. They keep your legs hot. I live in Vegas where it is already hot so it makes a big difference. But I still wear them even through the heat and I love them!

Bought this for my wife who was struggling with knee issues during squats and hiking. The physical therapist diagnosed it as severe inflexibility and gave her specific stretches to work it out. We bought this in conjunction with her stretching to help support the knee as she was tearing down the structure around it. The first hike we did after we bought it, she was able to complete without any pain or limping! The extra support has been invaluable for her squatting technique and form as well since now her knee has the support to go where it needs to be.Great brand, and she loves the color too.

I purchased this for my wife and she loved it at first but after 6 months she started saying it was getting too lose. After a year she says it no longer offers any support at all. Very disappointed considering the brand and price. I thought I would buy the best because you get what you pay for, but that is not the case. Her measurements are the same so it looks like it stretched out, or maybe the material broke down, not sure. It looks like new, but no longer supports her knee.

I like the product, but I feel it slips down a little and it hurts a little behind my knee. Maybe I'm just not use to it. I use it for running, rowing, and weight lifting. Knee pads feel good most at weight lifting.

These knee sleeves have provided excellent protection and support during my crossfit workouts. I have no knew pain at all and regularly wear these when squatting with heavy weights. The knee sleeves are also great for lunging and provide padding during this activity. They do not seem to stretch much which is great for continued support. I would recommend the Rehbands to anyone participating in crossfit or other activities that can be harsh on your knees.

First, I love my Rehbands! They allow me to have higher intensity during my workouts that involve squats, deadlifts, jumps, etc. My only issue was I measured at the very bottom of the large scale, so I ordered a medium. Really I should have probably gotten a small. When its time for me to reorder, I will definitely go another size down.

Also erstmal vorweg - ich find die Rehband Kniebandage wirklich richtig gut.Aber - man muss aufpassen wegen der Größe. Man sollte definitiv sein Bein/ Knie ausmessen. Ich hatte mir Größe M bestellt - die waren aber so knalleng, dass ich sie nicht tragen konnte. Sie sollen zwar eng sitzen, aber einem eben nicht das Blut abschnüren. Außerdem schränken sie dann auch die Beweglichkeit ein.Ich habe die Bandagen dann einfach an einen Freundin verkauft, und mir ein neues Paar in Größe L zugelegt - die passen perfekt.Bitte unbedingt beachten - es handelt sich hier nur um EINE Bandage. Wenn man zwei möchte, muss man auch zwei bestellen. Ansonsten kann ich nur bestätigen, dass sie tun was sie sollen. Sie stabilisieren, halten warm und schützen auch einfach das Knie vor Abschürfungen oder Ähnlichem, falls man so wie ich beim Training öfter mal mit den Knien auf dem Boden rumrutscht.Wenn sich mein momentanes Paar verabschiedet, wird es postwendend ein neues Paar Rehband geben!Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich nur wegen dem recht hohen Preis für eine einzelne Bandage. Die Rehband Damen Kniebandage Neopren 5 mm, Lila,... ist für mich eine sehr gute Kniebandage. Würde ich wieder kaufen und kann sie weiter empfehlen.
