I enjoyed this book and it was easy to digest all the information. Reincarnation is a very interesting subject. We are often told we hold on to, too many limited befliefs. These beliefs can actually be from past lives. How would one know that? Denise seemed to find the origins to many of her beliefs. Overall a good book.

I'm interested in this subject matter and it was very interesting with alot of things that make you think. If you want a book that is easy to understand regarding past lives and not too heavy then this is for you.

Lately I have been interested in finding out more about my past lives. I was going to decide between this book and another but am SO HAPPY I got this one! It gives real experiences from Denise Linn's patients which are beyond interesting and amazing; as well as different techniques to discover your own past lives. Also in this book, she describes how fixing problems in the past can help you in your present and future lives as well; things like, ulcers, back pain, and mysterious scars you dont remember getting! I am only halfway through with the book, but had to write a review now! Don't hesistate to get this book if you are interested in past lives!

was expecting a CD along as had read it in a book written by Dr Weiss that it contains a CD as well as teaches you the method of how to regress. would be great if I receive a CD. thanks...:)

Denise Linn has a couple of past live books and cd this book isn't just a past live book however this book mentions past lives in dreams.There are stories in this book where people mentioned they had dreams that they felt had their past lives.Also Denise makes some sugguestion on how you can encourage past lives to be in your dreams if they aren't already.I highly reccomed reading this book if you want to dream more about your past lives which can be helpful in many ways.
