Pathetic product...waste of money, never buy it. No support from Amazon. No customer support... Where to go? Hardly I am able to use this product after opening the box. The tab screen contains lot of scratches and it's look used peace.Never buy this product and tab switches off on its own within few seconds after switching on. It doesn't charged beyond 90 percent. Once on, battery gets drained off immediately within few seconds. Amazon is not accepting return and for any option u select, direct you for the datawind customer support numbers which does not exists..number are 01836668500 and 01835141330..not sure where to go? I am going to file consumer complaint against both Amazon and Datawind. Both Amazon and Datawind are fraud... Openly looting customers.

Good for watching films and videos,But not usable for play heavy games. It is good tablet for cheep rate and nice to play clash of clans game.

Fine product. But when it reaches me it has some screen scratches on it and front cam not working back cam is vvvv poor I can't see anything. But still usable for watching vids and running basic apps so i didn't requested to replace it...

Well, when you are going to buy a tablet which is priced at under ₹2k, you should not expect much from it and taking into consideration the price, it is a satisfactory buy! The product has few pros as: - Battery backup is very satisfactory - Good system response with lesser lags - Touch is okay (Not bad) - Sound quality is rather impressive - Screen resolution isn't very poor - Uses Android older version - Has App Store with a standard collection of apps - WiFi works well and has good speed reception - 1 year warranty However, the major drawbacks of this device is: - No Google Play - No Google Apps supported, like, Gmail, Chrome, etc - Physical buttons are not sturdy - UI takes you half a decade back My advice: Install Xender from App Store and use it to transfer APKs of apps not available on App Store. If that version of the App supports the Android version, it will work. Alternatively you can download from web and transfer via USB which is provided.

Not good... the charger stopped working in one day... now I will have to buy a New charger..

Amazon is working very amazing We live to purchase material from on-line. But when we buy clothes its little bad quality.

Good tab in the price of 1800 but the Tab display quality is very bad and the display is towards down from the touch means the display not fit in the place for that it looks very bad and that tab sound quality is very good dual camera not so good tab not have vibration and It does not have a Play Store but have a data wind store but this store does not have very very much you cannot download WhatsApp but download Facebook means Datawind store app is baker
