Yes you can. It has almost no odor and is easy to apply. If your skin is prone to dryness, a small amount if this oil will help.

Has anyone compared this to Neutrogena Body Oil, Light Sesame Formula? Is it thicker? Does it absorb fast? Thank you.

I used the Neutrogena sesame oil long ago. I LOVED that stuff, but there are many additives in it if I recall. Avocado oil is additive-free and I completely love it and know what it is! A little goes a long way. I use it on skin and on my hair (I use it with castor oil for the oil cleanse).

Can you use this in your hair?

Absolutely! I use from hair to toes. Naptural85 onYoutube hipped me to this oil and I love it. Some other favorites are sweet almond and safflower, try blending the three for a hot oil treatment on your hair ... awesome. All three are unscented. A little goes a long way. My hair has grown 4 inches since January 2014. Another favorite oil is coconut, which has a natural sweet coconut scent. Also HeyFranHey on YouTube hipped me to cleaning and moisturizing my face with pure sweet almond oil, I use Now Foods, HeyFranHey uses LifePro - amazing!
