Simple and tasty
Got this cookbook in attempts to add new recipes into my rotation. There are a lot of plant based recipes with good protein that isn’t soy based when I appreciated. Also pretty quick and easy to make ahead. Tasty

Good recipes
This is my second Thyroid cook book. I also picked up "the easy diet thyroid plan" because I'm trying to maintain a healthy thyroid, so looking for new recipes and learning along the way what is good for me and what I should avoid. I find these books helpful...though both books have Palo and Keto diet recipes (not a meat eater) I tweak those recipes they also give tips at the bottom of each page. I eat plant base and gluten free... I enjoy the breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks, but like everything you have to do your homework and make sure that this works for you. The only thing I wish it had more photos of the cooked meals! Both books lack that. Bone Appetit!!

Pictures should be included in each recipe
I prefer cookbooks with pictures of each recipe. Otherwise the recipes appear to be good.

Great recipes that are easy to prepare.
Awesome book. I learned a lot about how diet effects Throid function. I have Hashimoto’s, so I was very interested to get this book. I pre-ordered the book and decided to download the Kindle version as well. Recipes are clear, concise and easy to prepare. I love the layout and photos. I have made the Zucchini Shrimp Scampi more that once and I love it. Although this is a cookbook for, and about how diet impacts Throid I think it is a great all around cookbook. There are some great recipes for anyone. I like that the recipes don’t require a lot of unique ingredients that I have to go out of my way to get like some cookbooks do. Highly recommended.

Great cookbook
My thyroid stopped functioning in 2008 and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. It has been a struggle with gut pain, bloating, and discomfort since. After getting blown off by my Dr's and doing my own research, I knew I had to change my diet. The hard part about this though is, I find that I have very little time to cook meals after my daily work and commute so transitioning away from gluten has also been a struggle. This cookbook makes it easy. There are a lot of great recipe's and they are very quick to produce and I can get more than one meal out of them. Also, I have experimented with alternate ingredients without any issue. Definitely a lifesaver!

I’m totally in love with that book! Recipes are on point. Everybody finds a recipe for their own taste: carnivore or herbivore. They all sound delicious and I was choosing a recipe for an hour before I had decided. Magnifique! AveEmily
