Versatile, Easy-to-Use Organic Fiber
This acacia fiber has been an effortless way to add prebiotic soluble fiber to my diet. Unlike some reviewers who mention clumping issues, I’ve found that mixing it with other powders prevents this entirely. It blends easily with my matcha powder for lattes or coffee beans before grinding, adding a smooth texture without altering the flavor. I also use it for cooking, beyond beverages. When making air-fried potatoes, I mix them with a neutral oil like avocado oil, then toss them with acacia fiber instead of flour or cornstarch. The result is a crispy texture with extra fiber snuck in. I also appreciate that it’s organic and available on Subscribe & Save, making it easy to keep on hand. It’s flavorless, odorless, and incredibly versatile. As a fiber supplement, it works well without going into too much detail!

Good value, but does have a taste
I decided to try this because it’s cheaper than my usual (Heather’s Tummy Fiber). It dissolves more easily than Heather’s, but it has a more pronounced taste. I think it would be hidden in coffee, but I can taste it in my green tea.

Just like heathers tummy fiber
I really hope this does not disappear off Amazon. Especially with the shipping delays. I bought this for my husband in order to replace heather tummy fiber because of the shipping delays. This is the only thing that has genuinely helped my husband with severe IBS. He is actually able to leave the house now with zero fears. He was house bound for years because his stomach was just that volatile. This fiber is exactly like heathers tummy fiber. I switched to Anthony's because we couldn't get heathers and there was no difference. If you have IBS, i highly suggest you give this a shot. For people struggling with the clumsiness. We mix it in a glass of water and let it set about 20 minutes before drinking. So basically at all times there's a glass or water bottle full of the mixture so my husband can take it as needed. He also adds the crystal light lemonade liquid for a better taste. Also mixing with a firk seems to work better then a spoon for some reason.
