This is the very first time I have purchased this type of product. I got it to help with my keto diet mostly because I did not like the idea of putting coconut oil in my coffee (can't stand the taste). I'm not a coffee person but I made some a tsp of this and it was fine. Tasted like normal coffee which is good. No oil taste or oily feeling in the coffee. Doesn't have a smell either. I am deducting 1 star because the bottle can get a little oily from the outside because you have to remove the inner plastic "plug" before you can pour. Would have been sooo much bettee if it had a pump dispenser. I have not used this in cooking but I read that it's not recommended to do so because of the low smoke point (lower than coconut oil). Otherwise a pretty decent buy.

Product is good but the packaging is not. Often the shrink wrap is torn, This could be a very good product if the manufacturer pays attention to evidence of "tamper proofing/resistance". What is the point of having a poor shrink wrap to protect a rather expensive product?

There are multiple ways to use it, but I have used it in cooking and in shakes right after my workouts. I find it a good source of energy. It’s very light and easy to digest. I don’t use large quantities and find myself fuller for a longer period of time. There is no palm oil in this. The oil is odourless and tasteless, which means I actually don’t find any smells or any lingering taste on the tongue. And it goes with all kinds of vegetables and meats. I have yet to try it in tea or coffee. Overall, it’s turned out to be good for my gut and digestion.
