I am the person with the tiniest wrists that I know and they work. I have returned a couple products before these because they don't do anything for me. These feel very well made, heavy duty, and are really comfortable compared to other straps. They definitely did a good job taking the load off my grips so I can perform my exercises for longer. I like that they have the silicone grip to increase friction. I wish the straps were slightly longer but overall they definitely work!

I’ve been waiting to review these until I’ve had time to break them in and give them a real test, and OH BOY, they’re nearly PERFECT! The wrist straps tighten up and support very well (super comfortable!), and I love the grip on the underside on the bar strap. Not only did I feel the added support on my wrist when doing pushing movements, but I was able to add an easy 20k to my Deadlift 1RM. So far they haven’t absorbed any stink from sweat which is a huge plus and I don’t see any signs of wearing after the week of heavy use they’ve gotten. The only issue I had with these is that they were very stiff when I first got them, but after about 5 minutes of manipulation/“working out the stiffness” they were good to go. I’d recommend these to anyone looking interested in adding wrist straps to your workout, as well as anyone who has experience with wrist straps and is looking for a quality product and a FANTASTIC price!

I lift heavy and these do the trick and have held up very well! I’ve been lifting for over two decades and I’ve tried all different varieties of lifting straps. These are by far my favorite. In fact, I just ordered another pair. They are the perfect length, the material is strong and durable and doesn’t cut in or chafe my wrists like some other straps do and these are a tremendous value. The silicone impregnated bumps also help with grip and the overall design is both stylish and effective. The neoprene padding is thick and dense unlike some others.

I received my straps the other day just in time for leg day! I couldn't wait to hit the gym and do some deadlifts! I loaded my bar a little heavier than I would without straps and put these straps to the test. The fit was perfect on my wrist and the grips on the straps made deadlifting so much easier. At one point I was actually losing my grip of the bar and because I had the straps on the bar, I didn't drop it and I was able to safely rerack it. I was pleasantly surprised that the straps didn't hurt my wrist or make my wrist red with the pressure. The padding on the wrist area is the right amount for the comfort needed. I will have to say that every product so far that I have received from Total Pro Fitness has been high quality products! Other people at the gym always ask me where I get my products because they notice the quality. The straps, like the other products, are made of high quality material and stitching. They are very durable.

These lifting straps are great! I am someone who is starting deadlifting, but also has more experience in back related workouts. The straps provide enough support for the wrist so that I can last in the longer sets of lat pull downs when I am going for longer resistance. They also worked pretty well for bench press, and great for deadlifts. I am slowly getting the hang of it and I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of starting deadlifts. It offers just the right amount of stretch so that its comfortable but not too much that it becomes lose and loses stability. The actual quality is amazing, I have seen some others that are made of cheaper material and some that even rip within the first few uses. This one seems like its going to last a long time. I am more than satisfied with the straps!

These feel comfy and secure on my wrist, but as soon as I started lifting these straps put a ton of friction where they were anchored on my wrists and actually caused my forearm to hurt on one side. 6.5 inch wrist with taught measurement. Switched to versa grips pro and they work perfectly. Not sure why these didnt work for me
