I liked how this is ready to use, however it really doesn't go far - I only had a small patio and it didn't cover it all. It lifted some of the green, but then still needed a bucket with soapy water and scrubber to lift the dirt and green off some areas and hose it down. Overall, pleased with the 'after' results.

This stuff does what it says it does. It's amazing and works within 24 hours of use. Highly recommend it.

Works but doesn't last long I'm afraid

I bought this ready to use solution in 2021, to spray on an area of roof which is the older half of a single storey extension across the back of my house. Having had a second extension to my house in 2017, which adjoins the original extension, the newer section of roof was obviously more clean than the older half of the roof, so, I sprayed the old roof area with this, using a pump pressure garden sprayer. I leaned out of the upstairs windows to apply it thoroughly on the old roof tiles. Fast forward 2 years: whilst looking out at the treated roof area last week, I suddenly realised that the older roof now looks much cleaner and moss free, than the new section of roof which now has some moss growth. So I’m just about to order another one of these to treat the newer roof 👍🏼. As I used the ready mixed stuff last time I’ll be ordering the same again as it worked so well. (I’m also posting a question to ask if anyone has compared the efficacy of “ready to use” vs. dilute it yourself “concentrate”?)

Sprayed on dirty blackened slabs, this product did nothing. However, sprayed onto a green covered wall and decking and the green stuff disappeared. So, to sum up, it seems to work on green stuff but not the black or dirt.

Firstly, garden makeover is in progress 😂 so please don’t judge. Originally had the concentrated version of this in my basket but delivery wasn’t until June so went for this one, not realising it was ready to use. Skeptically thought it wouldn’t go far but I managed using a garden pressure sprayer to cover x2 my garden fence, with extra on really green bits. I am extremely impressed with the change over the last 24 hours. Can barely see any green bits anymore (pics for comparison). Definitely recommend, though admittedly my garden is very small so those with large areas will probably benefit from the concentrated version which I believe will make up at least x5 times the amount.

I jet washed half of my patio, let it dry and put this on the other half. I left if for a few days which just dried it then I jet washed it. No difference to the original jet washed side without cleaner. There were a few marks I wanted rid of so put it back over the cleaned dry areas and nothing, left it another few days with no rain too. I did go over these marks with fairy liquid and a stiff brush then reset washed which worked better. I also tried this on my walls. Nothing. Unless over time it keeps mould and moss from re setting in I am yet to find out but my opinion is it’s not worth it. Your best spending you money on better stuff.
