I got this for Christmas and have been taking my projects with me everywhere I go. It's a nice size that can hold a throw size or bigger blanket I'm working on along with 6 slots to keep skeins of yarn with metal grommets on the clear zip lid to keep yarn separated and crochet on the go. I love the magic tape to keep yarn in place when not in use. It has a pocket on each side with the front being a zip one that can hold numerous hooks and accessories. I've been crocheting for years so if you know a crafter and want to gift them with something they'll love, I completely recommend this bag. It us hands down the best bag I've come across to take projects on the go. Very comfortable, durable and well worth the price. I will definitely be ordering more for crafty friends in the future for sure. I absolutely LOVE this bag.

Update: I did remove one star because of the the elasticized hook holders in the front zipper pocket. The spacing for the hooks is very uneven on both rows. Now, if you are using this space for regular aluminum and steel hooks it works fine. But if like me you use the ergonomic handled hooks the uneven spacing becomes an issue. I will need to purchase a hook case in order to store my ergonomic hooks. Other than the about issue this is a nicely made good quality bag. Seems that it will hold up for many years. Fits all my yarn for the 50" x 62" afghan I'm crocheting. I currently have eleven 7oz medium weight skeins standing on end in the bag. It will hold more laid across the top, but for my purposes I prefer to use this bag for a single large project at a time. It's so much more convenient to have everything all in one place and drawing the yarn from the holes at the top makes crochet even more enjoyable since the yarn is held firmly in place and doesn't go bouncing all over the place. There's also plenty of storage for smaller items and instruction books on the outside of the bag. The front zippered storage has lots of elasticized loops for hooks with a small zippered area for other needed items like scissors, retractable soft measuring tape, needle threaders, etc...... This compartment also has a clear pocket to hold more necessities. I have put all of my packaged yarn needles and carded buttons here. Bottom line: This is a very nice large bag that I wish I had owned many years ago. I purchased this bag to help keep pet fur from my yarn while working on a project and for portability to take along with me.

Very spacious and roomy! Main compartment has dividers to keep tools and yarn separate. This bag has pockets on the sides, and zippered pockets in front and back. Has holes to feed yarn through, although I don’t think this is a feature I will use since I mainly purchased it to keep all my crochet stuff in one place. Seems very sturdy, functional and well made.

I've had this bag for only a day and I love it! I have many types/sizes of crochet bags, but I LOVE this one already. It's large enough to hold 6 skeins of bulky yarn and the bulky lap blanket I'm currently working on with room to spare. I've been struggling with this project in other bags or plastic tub, but this keeps everything neat and organized. Fits neatly next to my couch without taking too much room. Plently of storage for knitting needles and crochet hooks, plus accessories with just the front and top pocket. I haven't even used the sides and back pockets, but they could easily hold a sm/med book or pattern print outs. I have 10" knitting needles and they were just slightly too long to fit into the crochet hook slots. They will fit fine in any of the other pockets though. Its a beautiful, deep red color. My phone camera shows it a bit brighter than it actually is, but it would be fine for a man or woman. Comes with a detachable shoulder strap for easy travel. The bag itself isn't heavy and stood up fine on its own after I pulled it out of the box and "fluffed" it out. Can collapse back down for easy storage when not in use though. But I'm pretty sure this one just earned a permanent spot next to the couch.

I like it, but it's HUGE! The pockets for needles don't really hold all my needles well. It also tips easily. When I open the front pocket everything just sort of leans over. I'll still use it, but I need to figure out something to make it more usable.

For decades, I've always just used the plastic shopping bags that I get when I buy yarn. Not anymore! This bag has really improved my enjoyment of crochet. I love how the clear top lets me see how much yarn I've got left. I especially like the magnetic access flap on the top that allows me to store my WIP alongside my yarn. The gromets are nice. Colorwork has never been so organized; for me at least! The storage pockets are a plus and I love having all my hooks organized in the main pocket. The only feature I wish this bag had is a removeable inner lining. I don't feel that a feature I'd like to have in this product deserves a rating subtraction. I'm giving this bag 5 stars and I'm sure you will too!

I like the size of this bag. I make stuff that requires alot of color changes and this bag is able to contain all the materials I need. And the green color is nice too. I will buy again when I need to replace.

This bag is absolutely fantastic for holding all your project needs. It’s bigger than I thought and can easily hold your wip and 11 100g balls of yarn. I love the pocket on the front to hold all your accessories and the pocket at the back is the perfect size for your pattern. Excellent purchase I’m very happy!
