Olson Saw FB19493DB 3/8 by 0.025 by 93-1/2-Inch HEFB Band 6 TPI Hook Saw Blade

My old blade was veering left when I tried to cut wood. I made sure the saw correctly set up and realized the blade had some bent teeth. This blade seems to be much better than the one that came with the saw. Sharper and I'm able to do intricate shapes easier.

Best bandsaw blade I ever used! I've used a variety of bandsaw over the past 10 years from professional to industrial bandsaws but all the blades from them can't even compare to this one. This legit cuts like butter...even with complex curves. The wood doesn't burn with cutting, it's sharp, cuts so smooth and fast reducing my work time significantly! Im not even using this blade on an industrial bandsaw, just a 14in Porter Cable bandsaw but yet it cuts better than the industrial saw that I used days before. I'll always buy Olson blades for now on!

I got this for a general purpose blade and it seems to work well, as expected. Also as expected, it doesn't resaw very well, but you need less TPI for that, and I got a 3 TPI blade for that, and just stuck with the Olson Brand. I have a high end wood store nearby and they carry Olson blades so they can't be all that bad? So general purpose sawing, great. Resawing, NO.

Good blade for price and cut really well! Most blades break at weld but is still going!

Installed on a vintage 14” grizzly and this blade cuts paper thin veneers in exceedingly hard wood. The cut quality is ready for glue. In fact, I just cut a piece of highly figured hard wood and the chatoyance was visible with zero sanding. I’d start with 320 grit on the cut, if I needed to clean it up, it’s that fine. I’d imagine it would do wonders in a better saw; but I’m quite impressed with it in my old saw. If there’s better, I don’t need it.

My Delta bandsaw really performed with this blade. I used to get blades at Lowes but never really happy with the result. I'll be back for more.

Don't know if they will last, cause I haven't had the blades more than 2 weeks. They sent me the wrong ones the first time, but when I received the correct ones, they seem to work very well. 4 tpi .250, 750. I am a custom knife maker, so they make trimming wood down to handle size very easy. I don't care about the cut edge, cause I hand sand everything aftwards, being that I am making knife handles.

Easy to install, "caught" without issue, cuts like a hot knife through butter. Will not use another brand again!

I'm not overly experienced with bandsaws and blades but this one looked good to me, is quite sharp and cuts well. If I knew more about bandsaw blades I might give it a higher rating but I don't, so...
