Correct product description/ installation is important.
Description was wrong, it is not plug and play. The battery needs to be soldiered into place.

Fit perfectly in my Turtle Beach headset
Installation was very easy and fit perfectly. You will need some very thin double sided tape to secure the battery. The battery seems to last approximately 10-12 hours of gaming before recharging. Satisfied with the purchase. Update: 12/18/2022. Initially rated at 5 stars - downgraded to 3. Purchased in July of this year and now the battery lasts 3-4 hours.

Not for Stealth 500X for Xbox One
I purchased this for my Turtle Beach Stealth 500X headset for Xbox. The pin connector is a different size. As well, the default battery is physically smaller and rated 1000mah, where this battery is longer and rated at 950mah. With all that said, I was able to get this working ,Not recommended as a simple plug and play replacement for the 500X. It looks like the playstation 500P is quite different, and might be what this was made for.
