Womens Ab Solution Straight Leg Jean

I’m absolutely in love with Democracy Women’s Ab Solution Jeans, and so is everyone I know! These jeans are a game-changer with their stretchy, soft denim that feels like yoga pants but looks like stylish, well-fitted jeans. The “Ab”solution technology, with its hidden mesh panels and elastic waistband, provides tummy control and a no-gap fit, making them incredibly flattering for all body types. Whether I’m dressing them up with heels or keeping it casual with sneakers, they hug my curves perfectly without stretching out. If you are in-between sizes, size down! Nice jeans. They have enough stretch to be comfortable, but not so much that they look sloppy. I am very pear shaped and have heavy thighs and these actually fit really well.

These pants are odd. First, the mesh panels that are supposed to hold in your belly don't seem to be doing anything at all. They are just a little stretchy, nothing more. They are also not really attached to anything, other than being stitched to the waistline-so imagine a screen door with the screens just hanging and flapping in the breeze. Make sense? Second, the front pockets are ridiculous. You can barely get your fingers in them, no matter how small an adult hand you might have. They're lined so I guess you could tuck some change or a tissue into them but not much else. Third, there is absolutely NOTHING in the back part of the jeans that would give your butt any kind of lift. Maybe the heart shaped yoke gives the appearance of lift but there is no actual material there that will achieve real uplift. I didn't care; that's not why I bought them. My butt is fine and at my age, I am not worried about how it might appear to the world. The wide elastic in the waist is a treat. It's hidden and there is nothing on the outside of these jeans to give the impression that it is there. It's comfortable, makes the waist line feel secure and prevents 'Lady Plumber's Crack' no matter how much you lean, sit, twist and bend. It's not at all constrictive, either. These are not quite high waist but they are a bit higher than mid-rise. These jeans are very, very soft with the kind of cottony softness that takes years to create in rigid denim. I have worn them for 12 and 18 hours at a stretch and have gotten no bagging or stretching in the knees, butt, waist or thighs. Of note, I did not size down at all and right out of the package, these fit like they were made for me. I have bought similar jeans from Talbot's for $95. The Democracy jeans fit better, feel better and other than the 2 areas with the fake distressed stitching and the distressed wash, these are 100 times nicer and about half the price. They are as comfortable as pajamas but they look like and fit like a well loved pair of old jeans. I don't really NEED anymore jeans, but I think I just *might* need another pair or 2 of these. : )

Im 5’5 1/2” & 168# - due to my pandemic weight-gain I needed new pants that Would be comfortable and hopefully something I could sneak wearing at work (office job). I’ve had democracy blue jeans in past and loved the slight stretch, so when these came on sale I jumped at them (in black - to sneak into business-casual office job). They sit at my belly button. Wide stretch waistband so no cutting me at the waist. They Have a slight break at the ankle (go just past ankle but dont drag to ground in back). Great stretch. I try to remember to wash them inside out to help preserve the color but always run them through the dryer and after six washes they don’t seem to have faded at all. The look totally fine to wear at my offie with nicer tops or a t-shirt for the weekend at home. Only reason I did not give them a five was I have had to trim off some threads that would be sticking out of seams from the stitching and the rivets on my pockets at my hips on both sides seem to be made to rivet together fabric that’s at least twice a stick at the fabric they are used on so they stick out in a slightly old way. The rivets are black like the denim so I don’t think anybody else notices but I notice and I end up fidgeting with them occasionally. Hopefully I’m not the one that ends up making them break from that. Overall great product but I definitely liked the sale price and I’m not sure I love them so much I’d buy them full price… but never say never. :-)

I've purchased 2 pairs of Democracy Jeans at our local Bealls store-one size 6, one size 8. They are both fit great, wash great and I love them. We are planning a motorcycle trip and I wanted another pair of jeans, so I chose to find these on Amazon. I was a little nervous about sizing, though. The first pair I ordered were 8 longs. They were too long and too big, but I've been dieting, so I didn't mind returning them for a smaller size. I exchanged for a 6 regular. The fit was just right this time and I love the way they shape my problem areas and I'm very happy with this product. I'm 5'7" and 155, for reference.

I love these jeans - they are so comfortable and just the right length and width at the ankle. I can throw them on and go anywhere! I'm really surprised, however, at how quickly the seams gave way; a pocket seam and the backside waist-to-groin seam both began to unravel after my first wear and wash.

Totalement en amour avec ces jeans. C'est ma deuxième paire (les autres en gris). Très confortables, un peu extensibles, et font une belle silhouette. Je les adore! Devenue ma marque préférée! Très belle qualité de tissu aussi, juste une bonne épaisseur qui maintient bien. La longueur est parfaite. Que du positif à dire sur Democracy! Je vais acheter à nouveau. Je les recommande. Très heureuse de mon achat.

Siempre me ha gustado esta marca, son muy cómodos, la tienda donde los compraba cerró, pero los encontré aquí, en Amazon. Creo que la tela ahora es un poco más delgada, pero, aún me gustan. Han aumentado el costo, espero no siga aumentando. Gracias
