I’d previously ordered another projector but returned it when the quality of the projections and product wasn’t great, the same can’t be said for this. The lamps great, easy to use and very practical being rechargeable and one less cable to think about. The remote control is very handy with the option to change colours, set a timer or turn the lamp on and off- really practical during night feeds when you’re trying to get your baby back to sleep. Full charge has lasted over a week, with use on average of around 20-30 minutes each night. Would highly recommend and the only way this product would be better is if it came with another filter like some of the others which offers different shapes to be projected but overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and have recommended to other mummy friends!

I bought this night light for our 3yr old daughter and its really awesome. I was especially attracted by its auto shut-off timer, which doesn't seem to be a common feature amongst night lights. For the price I wasn't expecting phenomenal build quality, the remote control feels especially cheap and it probably wouldn't survive too many drops from height; however everything about it works beautifully! It rotates slowly, has various colour combinations, and it seems that you can interchange the moon/stars top with another design. My daughter loves it and it's perfect for keeping her comforted when she likes to stay in her bed babbling to herself, until she drops off to sleep. this is an excellent product!

Bought as a sensory aid for my little one. After a couple of months of use the rotation has started to take a while to speed up, there is 5 minutes or so where it barely moves then will kick into life. This is once it is fully charged as well, so worth baring in mind. That said the lights are really good, the two interchangeable lids and the colour options are good.

Great device and very silent. Worth the money I purchased this for my 3 year old but enjoy this myself. My older kids want one of these now. Can’t beat going to bed with multiple colours of stars and moons and set to a timer. My only complaint Is I fall to sleep before my child does as it’s very calming. Have not used the remote so can’t comment. I just turn it on and set the timer, the type of projection style and colours I like and then select to rotate the projection. That’s enough to just sit back and drift off to sleep for me and my son.

Got this for my kids room, it keeps the room relatively dark but gives enough light for her to see in her room. After a few nights it now makes a creaky noise as it rotates, not enough to wake her or keep her from sleeping but it's not silent like it was at first.

The only things that I would like to see in a future version are the ability to focus the projection, and maybe a small speaker for connecting to a mp3 player; these things would just be finishing touches to an otherwise excellent product!

Like many other reviews ours was noisy and the motor was clearly struggling. As an engineer I thought I'd spend some time figuring out the issue. The design is frankly idiotic and destined to burn the motor out. There is no clearance for the rotating parts around the outer edge and they jam up and overload the gears and burn the motor out. Took mine apart and machined off a lip that binds up and presto its silent now and should last more than 5 minutes. Can't fix the dome holding ring but seems to work OK just resting on under its own weight. You can tell the manufacturer has attempted a quick fix as the inside is covered in lubricant but its a futile attempt. Unless you also want the challenge too, avoid this brand.

I bought this as a night light for our 6 year old daughter as a replacement for a coloured static light which broke after a few years use. I must say that straight out of the box this product is wonderful. My daughter (after some guidance) now turns it on, sets the light display to the colours she wants (there are a number of choices) and then sets the rotation and time herself at bedtime. The timer is great and means we can set it to run in parallel with her echo device which plays soft music for an hour to compliment the starry night scene. The colours and brightness are perfect for her room and the spread of the display is excellent. Would highly recommend.
