Good value for the money

I was constipated. 1part Cascara, 2 parts Licorice Root, 3 parts Buckthorn. All powder easy to mix for tea . I try to drink 3 cups of this a day and watch my diet, no gluten, no processed sugars, no dairy. This takes effort, but it's very worth every penny for good digestion! 4 starts because they add an aditive that's questionable for health. I switched to "Pure Original" brand.

Already noticing a difference in my IBS symptoms. I added this to my meal, which was lentil soup.

I dont know what it's supposed 2 do but whilst taking this, I also used Bulksupplements Betaine Anhydrous and Dandelion Root and I felt great. Now that I'm out of product, feel I'm not my best anymore...and stomach hurting again around 2 a.m.
