I bought this product not because of the company's claims but after doing research online on the benefits of haritaki in general, looking for a pineal gland opener, and what I got was so much more that that. Started 5 months ago with 1 capsule before bed and gradually increasing to 3 capsules before bed. Sleep is better, digestion is better, inflammation is down, all very noticeably in ways that have improved my quality of life. As for the Pineal gland third eye opening, I haven't got any breakthrough experience yet, but it's possible that my intuition has been gradually improving in ways that are difficult to measure in a daily basis, so I don't give up yet. I'm planning to continue having this product because the great benefits I'm getting already.

I took this back a few years ago and I came back to order it again. it does work be open and be still ,I had a great experience with this product .I know it works so if you are in the right path with this keep practicing oh yea and wear white as much as you can or when you can ! It simplifies your energy it expands it by 2 more inches out .

Bought this after reading about all the different benefits of Haritaki. While I've not had any of the lucid dreams, or spiritual effects, I have been getting incredible sleep. This is nothing like Melatonin, it doesn't make you drowsy and you don't feel groggy when you wake up. I've been taking 3 capsules about an hour after my last meal and a few hours before bed. I personally don't feel any effects after taking them. But... After falling asleep, I'm sleeping soundly. Not knocked out, I'll still wake up if I hear one of my kids, or a noise or any regular thing that might wake a person. Upon waking in the morning, my body feels completely rested, and mentally feeling great as well. It's only been around 4 days with these, but I can tell Haritaki is going to become a daily, and repeat supplement for me. I was sceptical at first due the the way this is marketed, as a spiritual "third eye opening" supplement. But after doing my own research I decided that the many benefits Haritaki can offer, I should at least give it a try. And I'm very glad I did. This company seems to have a very good product, with no fillers. Highly recommend giving this a try if for no other reason than to get some amazing sleep. Any of the other benefits that may come with longer usage will just be an added bonus. Honestly, give this stuff a try. You should really do your own thorough research before taking this product. It did intensify my dreams the first 2 nights of taking it, however it gave me abdominal cramps the following day. I also couldnt remember my dreams at all if I took it for more than 2 days in a row and I felt groggy upon waking, slight headache, and it made me irritable. So overall, I would say short term use for BM or vivid dreams, as well as lucid dreams.

I don't know about my 3rd eye being opened yet, but after my 2nd night of consuming these pills, I slept GREAT! The 1st night I took only one pill because I wanted to build myself up for taking more later as the directions stated. I didn't feel any different. The 2nd night, I took 2 pills and I woke up feeling GREAT as if I had a one of those deep sleeps that make you feel like a new person the next day. I don't remember dreaming at all, but that didn't matter since I woke up feeling like a new person. I usually have a lot of pain from my arthritis symptoms, but not after the 2nd night. I felt GREAT! Now for the other good part, I had to use the bathroom a few times while running errands & I felt like I was getting a deep cleanse of my insides. I know now to stay home until I'm fully done with this unexpected cleanse. It works better than anything I've tried before in that department. Maybe my 3rd eye will open once my gut is fully free of the junk. Lol! I'm going to try to see how this works for my dreams and stuff. I may update my review later. I gave it only 4 stars because I haven't had any lucid dreams.

Felt something but nothing really happened. Tried 2 multiple days and didn't work. Waste of money.

This is the only third eye supplement I have experienced that works. I have had very lucid and vivid dreams.
