This is energy medicine and very subtle, nothing like Western medicines which knock u dead and cause horrible side effects. This is a totally pure product and works with your energy to balance it. A little goes a long way with the Bach remedies because they come in stock bottles so you can take a one ounce amber glass bottle with dropper, fill one third with water, two thirds with vodka and add two to four drops of the flower remedy to it. That’s it, done. One stock bottle will last a long time if you dose from the dosage bottle. I’ve been using these remedies for decades. I had to take vervain myself when my tendency was to push hard after a whopper snow storm and shovel up every bit. With this remedy I could live with a shoveled out path for adequate passage. I also give it to the cats. One drop of rescue remedy for general stress, especially vet visits, taken from the dosage bottle into a glass of water and that poured into two large water bowls. No need to put it in their food where they can taste the alcohol used as a preservative. You can also put some on your hand and pet them or in a spray bottle with water to cleanse the house if your vibe has been to over push yourself. Then vervain is needed.

I have used rescue remedy before, but wanted to try the white chestnut since it is for repetitive thoughts. This stuff is amazing!!! It really does help!!! I take 2 drops under my tongue as needed when my brain starts racing and I feel a difference in about 10 minutes. I have anxiety and the racing thoughts were absolutely horrible!! It is amazing how these drops make such a difference! My days are calmer and I no longer feel that gnawing in my stomach from anxiety and racing thoughts. Highly recommended! I am so thankful to have found this product!!

This natural product is what I have used for years to replace the normal caffeine jump start. Bach is a good company with a century in business.

I liked it. They are made with alcohol so buyer beware if you need to avoid it. I didn't taste "mustard" at all...it was a brandy flavor. However, you only take 2 drops at a time and I found it to be effective enough that I didn't go back for another 2 drops for several hours in an average 8 hour work day at the office. It says to put the drops in water or directly into your mouth but if you're like me and don't have the best aim (I am not so great with eye drops either LOL), I just put them on my finger and run them under my tongue. These were recommended to me by a Torah Observant, Native American couple who suggest them for people fighting the spirit of depression. She is a Doctor of Homeopathy and has many remedies for certain ailments. Personally, I will try any natural option over pharmaceutical options first. Even more so than with pharmaceuticals, natural remedies do not work the same for everyone. I have learned over the years that it is a lot of trial and error. Always read warning labels that go along with certain herbs and plants. Some may have lasting effects on liver and kidneys just like pharmaceuticals however, in my imperfect knowledge and understanding, such effects take much longer to manifest and typically only happen in high concentrated doses. Otherwise, they don't leave you feeling miserable with side effects. Take from this what you will but I highly suggest you do your research and draw your own conclusions! We are all human and even the most influential genius on the planet doesn't have all the answers.
