It works, but you need to change your diet a bit.
These pills work. 5 stars, but you have to be willing to change your life style. Eat a bit healthier and be active. I bought these twice and saw significant change in my cholesterol. Unfortunately, high cholesterol runs in my family. If I slack up, it spikes, but taking these pills helps me a lot. I HIGHLY recommend them. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out

Better than Statins if it works for You
I have been on statins for a few years. LDL not excessively high, but too high for my wife, the geriatric nurse. They don’t upset my stomach whether taken with or without a meal. No other noted side effects. And not super expensive. Do they work??? Well, my numbers from the same drs I have been seeing for years, say YES! My routine has not changed, except i stopped taking the statins daily, and take these as recommended daily. I took my statins once or twice a week. Last 3 months Dr visit, LDL and triglycerides were lower and with in acceptable ranges. HOT DOG!

Seems to be working
I can't prove these are the reason, but I have been taking them for a year now without major changes to diet. My cholesterol decreased by over 70 points! Bad taste but worth it.

Well, it didnt hurt
Gave this a shot for a year with no changes in diet and exercise. Saw little to no change in my cholesterol levels. If you feel it works for you, great. I didnt see enough/any indication to keep using the product

Starting taking in October 2. 2025. Did bloodwork on 11/7/2025 Huge difference. Total cholesterol went from 267 to 239 and LDL from 135 to 112, non HDL from 151 to 127. All within a month.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I found this product by accident. I gave blood six months ago and was shocked to see a level of 278. I decided to try it and no joke, got results from a blood donation a few weeks ago and it had dropped to 214. Still high, but this stuff works. In combo with fish oil, health eating, and a lot of walking.
