Cranberry

As someone who has substantial difficulty swallowing pills, especially capsules, gummies are a wonderful alternative. I was advised to try 1000 mg of cranberry daily to ward off UTIs. I was doubtful at first, but this supplement really does the trick. I went from having a UTI once a month to being infection-free for 8 months. These don't cure an infection once it begins, but they do help to prevent one from starting, or when taken as an add-on to antibiotic treatment. Two delicious gummies a day helps keep my UTIs at bay. Highly recommend. I subscribe to it monthly to save a little on the cost.

Helped my daughter with her reoccurring utis

The taste is pleasant but it is definitely too sweet for me and the texture is not quite right for me as it is kinda sticky and too soft, the only downside is that it sticks to your teeth, but what gummy doesn’t? When it comes to urinary health... I haven’t noticed any changes so I can’t really say anything about that. But it’s taking way too long to show improvement. Since it’s too sweet for me, I’ll still be searching for the best match out there. For those who wonder, it’s definitely better than some brands I tried so far so it’s a plus.

Here are all of the things I like about these: Chewing: The gummies are easy to chew. Taste: Just enough sugar to counter tartness of cranberry without overdoing it. My wife wanted these for 12 year old daughter, and she likes the taste. Dosage: Most other brands have 500mg of cranberry extract per serving with a serving size of 2 gummies. With the Flamingo brand there is twice the amount of cranberry per serving 1000mg while serving size is still 2 gummies. So if you only want 500 mg of cranberry then you can stick to 1 gummy per day and this 60 count bottle is then a 2 month supply. Cost: Very economical especially considering my comments on dosage above. This bottle is really a 2 month supply rather than 1 month factoring in that you can get equivalent dose of cranberry as other brands by just chewing 1 gummy. Allergy-friendly: The inactive ingredients are more friendly for those with food allergies than most other brands.
