I’ve been trying the Evlution Nutrition Energy Transformer and it really gives me a clean boost of energy without the jitters. I have lost 10lbs in 22 days with a combo of this, excercise and eating less! So let's be honest, I am obese. When I started I was 5'4 and 210lbs. A year and a half ago I went in to a deep depression cycle, became inactive, and tried to numb the pain with comfort eating, so I gained 65lbs. I hated myself for letting my body get this way, and I felt overwhelmed at the amount of weight I needed to lose and I didn't even know where to even begin. I bought these on prime day on a whim, just to make some sort of attempt. Now, this small loss has kickstarted me into gear to lose the rest of the weight I need to. I feel more focused, I have more energy, don't get hungry very often, and it curbs my sweets cravings. I feel like these pills have broken my depression cycle. I love that I have become active again (I even found the will-power to clean my depression nest). I also love to see the small changes in my appearance, each one makes feel wonderful about myself. I am just so grateful that I am finally loosing and not gaining. Each lost pound shows me the rewards of not staying rooted and picking up the sweets... Even though I want to sometimes. I got miles to go, but I think these were a good start.

This was a great product that met my expectation.

No fat burner alone is going to produce results; exercise and diet is going to be necessary to cut body fat. Timing doses is also important, since that'll help get the most out of it. That being said, this supplement did help with burning some body fat, curbing appetite, and providing a nice kick of energy. I'm at the end of this bottle, and while I can't give exact measurements, I have had to go to my next belt notch. I've also noticed more definition in my muscle tone, so the supplement can help with burning fat. Appetite suppression is there, and is more noticeable in the first 2-3 weeks of use. It was fairly strong initially, but then my body adjusted, and while the effects were still noticeable, it was more like taking an edge off of my hunger rather than flat out suppressing it. This could also be due to the intensity of my workouts increasing, which would result in an increased need to take in calories. In any case, it was enough to keep me from wanting to rip the door of my fridge, and kept me in check with small snacks as well. The energy boost was pretty high for the first couple weeks, enough so that I'd be cautious about using pre-workouts after taking this supplement. After the first couple weeks my body began to adjust, and I was able to enjoy a nice smooth boost in energy without feeling overstimulated. It became like getting my first cup of coffee in: awake, alert, and steady. I would still caution about timing any pre-workout supplements when using this, especially the higher stimulant pre workouts. During workouts I noticed that I was definitely building up more body heat. I would still be sweating during my normal exercise routines, and even more so during cardio. If I left a hoodie on, then it would be pretty well soaked by the time I finished heavier exercises such as squats or deadlifts, nevermind cardio. Good thermogenic effects, but be cautious to hydrate, and use good judgement if you're in hot climates already. Overall, I'm satisfied. I was able to cut down on cravings, burn some body fat, and keep my energy levels up. The price point and number of doses offered is also pretty good, and since it did produce results, I'll be buying this again in the near future.

So I wanted to wait a few days before I gave it a review. I am 6'2 and weighed 273 pounds when I started this product. Please note that to have any thermogenic work to it's fullest potential, you have to help it. I changed my diet up to eat about 1200 calories a day, cut all sugar and carbs out, and drink a gallon of water a day. Yes, the first few days the diet is rough but by my fourth day i was adjusted Now to the product.....don't make the mistake I first made. The bottle says to take a serving first thing in the morning.(A serving is TWO pills not one). I am on day 10 now with this product and I lost 11 pounds. This doesn't leave my heart racing like other products and gives me a great boost of energy that lasts about 4 hours after each serving. I used to drink coffee every day but this substitutes that for me with ease. The thermogenic has me sweating a little at times but nothing crazy. The appetite suppressor is my best friend. I used to eat like an animal at 273 pounds, after a few days I'm eating very small portions which keep me full and energy levels are up. It's day 10 and I'm down to 262. My goal is 225, but they advice you to give the product a break after 8 weeks, but at this pace I wouldn't be surprised if I drop 50 pounds in 8 weeks. I also take a mens multivitamin with this to avoid malnutrition from eating so much less. I have never seen a product give me such rapid and easy results.
