good for diabetics
I love this product as a diabetic person it fills a void of something to drink that is not water all the time. it does not raise blood sugar and provides vitamins. buy it often.

Very hydrating and refreshing for the south Florida summers. A tasty break from plain water that replenishes what your body needs in the sweltering heat. The best part is enjoyable flavors made with quality ingredients without anything artificial or adding tons of added sugar. It tastes great and it’s good for you….. yes please 😊 my favorite flavors so far are the blackberry lemonade and the watermelon cucumber but haven’t come across a bad flavor yet. IMHO Anyone who works outside in the summer heat should definitely look into this to stay hydrated. Sometimes good for you doesn’t always translate to tastes great 😆 I’m glad I took a chance when sprouts had them on BOGO. Thanks amazon for providing a great value!

GREAT PRODUCT BUT......
GREAT PRODUCT! HORRIBLE PACKING! it is a wonderful product. Refreshing, great light flavor, easy on the stomach. BUT the packaging is HORRIBLE! My package came all ripped up, loose tape all over the place. The contents of the package was damaged but not so much that it leaked thankfully! Delighted with the product Disappointed in the delivered package.

Electrolytes are important for your health, BUT taste is important too!
This is a very tasty way to get your electrolytes. And we all need electrolytes! Most drinks are not at all pleasant to drink, These are! The quality is very good. I certainly drink this every day and I am better for it.

Love the Georgia Peach and the Cucumber Watermelon the best. But all are thirst quenching and good for you. Highly recommend.
