Highly disappointed
Very disappointed. For the price of this product it only lasted 3 months before it started to act up and stop working

This is SO hard to turn. I'm strong and have a hard time turning the doorknob to get it open. The only reason I bought it is because I had an old one and needed to replace it because my door was drilled out to this odd configuration.

Be aware, product comes without installation instructions
Product came without installation instructions. Also, to make the matter worst, there is no information offer from the manufacturer site. I'm assuming they are expecting consumer to have to pay for a locksmith to come out and install the lock?
