I'm 61, have already been through menopause. But you can still have now and again order down there. I still get yeast infections after sex. The first time I used the Balance Complex I couldn't tell any difference and I used as directed. I'm going to keep trying, no promises yet down there. I rarely write reviews but I feel obligated as a woman to spread the good word about these two products to other women out there!! I was struggling with BV for about 4 months after I got my paragard IUD. It would come and go, but I never felt completely normal and healthy like I did before I got the IUD. I eventually got the IUD out because of all the horrible side effects, but the BV decided to stick around. I tried a round of antibiotics from the doctor, which cleared the BV up for about 3 days before it returned. After reading the other reviews on this product I decided to give this a shot before trying another round of antibiotics. I used the boric acid for 7 nights, and took 1 of the Feminine Complex probiotic for 7 days as well, went back to the doctor for a swab test, and it came back negative! Nothing but good things to say about the boric acid pills. The probiotic has all natural ingredients which I love, one being oregano, so the pills smell and taste quite strong like oregano. However, once you swallow the pill you can’t taste the oregano at all so it wasn’t an issue. I highly highly recommend these products if you’ve been struggling with BV. I will mention I have continued to take a probiotic everyday even though my BV test was negative bc I heard once you get BV it’s easy for it to come back- so now I’m taking it as a preventative. It has also helped with bloating , so it’s an additional perk!

Okay, I have been using this product for 2 years now and feel like it's time to express my love for it. Two years ago I got a horrible skin infection that required 4 different types of antibiotics. Through that I developed Candida Galbrata - which is a type of yeast infection that doesn't respond to normal treatments. I've never felt so helpless and in so much pain in my life (and I've had 3 C-sections). After multiple tests, weekly gyno trips, 5 tubes of lidocaine cream, 2 trips to the ER, two months of treatments, and one amazing NP - I had to burn it out with boric acid capsules and began taking this product to keep it at bay. I was really skeptical about these pills after reading the reviews -mostly the 1 stars- but I decided to take a chance since I had been using the Nutrablast Boric Acid pills and they had been effective with ridding smell but not the issue. I must say that after 2 weeks on this product I am really, really happy I took that chance. I had recurrent BV that even with taking the BA pills just wouldn't leave me. I knew then I had to get to the source and decided to see if my gut health was the culprit. Yes, the pills are huge, but taking them with a meal definitely helps with getting it down. The first thing I noticed was a decrease in flatulence and burping. Secondly, bloating was greatly reduced and I could visibly see a difference in height of my stomach. However, the biggest game changer for me was the change in my vaginal discharge, smell and period pain. Vaginal discharge reduced greatly to the point I no longer require panty liners and that BV scent is gone. I recently had my period and usually by day 2, I need to be chugging Tylenol like candy, but this cycle, the pain was so insignificant I didn't even remember my period was on me, plus the heavy scent that usually accompanied my period also disappeared. I'm going to stick with it for longer and see how it resolves other issues. Since this is what worked for me I don't expect it to be a game changer for everyone but for me, it really improved my vaginal health.

I was very sceptical about getting these vitamins, but I’ve used this brand before for their boric acid and I truthfully do have to say I have noticed a visible difference after using this for about a month now I take it twice daily and I really think that it’s helped with my bloating I used to eat food and look 5 months pregnant afterward and I do not experience that anymore. I feel like it’s also helped with my overall vaginal health discharge and I really enjoy it. I will be buying another bottle when I’m done and I’m 25 years old just for reference.

I googled my symptoms and turns out it's from the candida die off in my system. I know I had lots of it, I was hooked on sugar and consumed a lot in a day. But I wasn't prepared for the way it made me feel for the first few days. Sore achy muscles, headache and brain fog, sore throat, uncomfortable feeling in my stomach making me not want to eat anything It's likely working because of the symptoms but I wish I knew to start slower or what to expect.

Now I've taken these daily for over 6 months, I have no intention of stopping! Being sensitive to ph change is difficult, but with these and sometimes the use of Nutrablast boric acid, it has been better than ever to stay comfortable.
