Refurb saved me over 50% - and it works great!
I got a new Dell laptop that I take to my office, and was dealing with a nest of wires everytime I needed to take my laptop (it's my main PC at work.) This doc was exactly what I needed - it powers the laptop, connects to my audio (external speakers), has a direct HDMI connection - and all plugs into my laptop with one USB C cable now. Almost perfect
The dock itself came in great physical shape. I was a bit skeptical but I took a chance anyways and I’m glad I did. The dock came well packaged and worked as it should right out of the box. This order would have easily received 5 stars had it not been for the 180W power supply. It’s not a Dell original, which I expected, but it isn’t even UL, CSA, or ETL certified. That’s a bit worrisome for me given the fact that this docking station (and power supply) will be in use almost 24/7. Luckily I already had a 180W compatible power supply from a previous Dell docking station so that was an easy alternative for me.

No issues - great price. I can recall when these were almost $200 each.

Exactly as described. This works perfectly on new 2024 Dell laptop with USB-C
Genuine Dell docking station. The docking station came in a small brown box. All cables look brand new. My work laptop does not have any older style USB plugs so old peripherals couldn't be used. This solves that issue and now I've multi monitor setup when I'm in my office.

Got it in very good condition. Comfortable solution
Ised for connecting my Dell vostro 5490 to extend to 2 additional screens, lan and peripherals. It's very comfortable, only need to connect the usb c to the laptop and everything, including power is connected. Only downside one might have, that I can think about, is the size. The docking station and the power adapter are both relatively large.

Missing/broken parts!!!
The charging part was not included with the docking Staton. Once I found a charger to plug into the doc the doc worked for a second and then has not turned on since. The cord that plugs into the computer, there is a light on the cord and it does not light up but the light on the charging cord does. This tells me its not my charger it's the doc... don't waste your time purchasing this...
