Very Good Printer and Scanner. The support from brother is also very good.

Better than Hp, Epson and other Inktank small business printers..
I have used A3 sized Epson and hp printers in the past. It's better than HP, EPSON and other ink tank printers with the same features. Best for small home office professionals. Print quality is very good as well as ADF scanning feature works flawlessly. Overall a well designed work horse machine.

Don't buy this printer facing mp tray since I brought service centre unable to resolve it please help brother printer team

Bought it for our office (architect's office) its been a month now... using it has been very smooth so far. Would recommend the printer.

Bought it in offline , colour is okay / good range printing speed is good. I am an architect and it satisfies my need. Gotta see how it withstands time. I came here to post a pic since when I searched there were not much pics of the paper printed. On printing in 80 gsm JK copier sheet there is no smudging when exposure to water nor smearing when being rubbed

Its okay!
The pace of printing is good. The colour print quality is not good at all. There is only one tray to feed paper from the front and the manual feed behind. So you have to keep feeding the paper every time you change the size. The earlier version MFC-J3720 had 2 trays - 1 for a4 and 1 for a3.

Prints are worst than the cheapest printer i have ever seen
Purchased from an offline authorised distributor (not from amazon). The colour of the prints are of 3rd grade quality. Here they write 27 ppm speed which looks like in draft mode.. there normal prints are also worst than draft node if my epson printer.. so speed is just a number don't get fooled by it. Single A3 prints took us 1 min so A3 prints cab be considered as 1PPM only while A4 is approx 5-7 ppm and of a throw away quality.. i have requested to the engineer to resolve the problem... All in all... This is a total waste of money. I want to return this printer and want my money refunded. Bottom line is.... I suggest to go for Epson Canon or HP even if you have to pay more... This is worst than even a Chinese company..
