The description clearly stated that this kit was not meant for cable actuated manual locks, so if there were any problems, it would have been my own fault. With a little bit of thought and testing, this kit worked brilliantly on my 2010 Nissan Versa with cable locks. The key type included is nothing like mine, so I used a dremel to get my key to a similar shape to the base of the provided key blanks and bolted it right in. Great kit, great price!

good product, easy to install, you need few tools

Amazing Product, I bought one similarly years ago and it worked very well, the remote is very high quality and all of it works very well, I’m happy and would definitely recommend it, I installed it in a 2 door car so I didn’t use 2 of the actuators and the job took about 3 hours.

You think the circuit boards in the remotes would be halfway decent so that they didn’t shear off at a simple 3 foot drop. First day with this installed, my keys suffer a very gentle and subtle drop. Try to unlock car, nothing… alright could be worse, I’ll grab the other fob for now. Couple days later, another very normal “oopsies” drop from about 3 1/2 feet, DEAD. I should have listened to the other review on this from 2024 where their remotes quit working, yet the buttons still show the blue light when pressed. If you order this you better have sticky fingers and never drop anything. Better yet just steer clear of this, maybe they used better materials 5 years ago when all the good reviews for this product were done. I spent SO. MUCH. TIME and EFFORT into the installation of this in my vehicle. Ran the wires to the battery through the firewall, then hooked up the master actuator to test it. Both remotes work, cool, let’s proceed. Ran the wires under the dash and through the doors to give it a clean look. Now it’s useless, guess I’ll try to find replacement remotes that can be learned by this system.

Works great once installed. Had to splice and solder in extra wire because they were too short. If wires were long enough would have given five stars.

Length of Wires are ment for cars or smaller trucks. I installed this package in my 08 Ram 1500. I had to add about 6in of wire to the Master, and about 6ft to the rear passenger door. Easy to install, clear instructions. Overall, I would recommend.
