When I received the charger it did not fit. I requested a return. The seller immediately reached out to try and resolve issue. Turns out I ordered the wrong item for my device. Seller found an adapter and sent me it free of charge. Great customer service and products works correctly now.

Perfect cord for dartboard

NO STARS...THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THEArachnid Cricket Pro 450 Electronic Dartboard. We plugged it in and it blew the dart board. It doesn’t work anymore. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Do not buy this power cord for an Arachnid dartboard. I ordered this cord and waited a couple of weeks before we finally received it. Now I wish it had never shown up. The instant I plugged it into the dartboard, which was all of less than a month old, it fried it. Now all that happens when you plug it in, is a bunch of randoms lights come on. You cant turn it off. So this item deserves zero stars. My $250 brand new dart board is ruined because of a $10 part that got chewed up by a puppy.

The cord is short. Not helpful for a dartboard.
