Couldn’t find my normal bland of sweet potato noodles in the store so I took a chance ordering these. I was able to follow the instructions on the package and didn’t have any issues with them being over or undercooked. They were very tasty in my japchae, but also good on their own. I think this brand has longer noodles, but they are easy to cut to the size you need. I will definitely purchase them again.

These noodles taste delicious! But Amazon is selling it at a much higher your price than the Asian supermarkets. I bought two packs of these noodles on Amazon, and when I went to the Asian store near me, I looked around and found the same noodles. Guess what? They were much cheaper than what Amazon sold. Unfortunately I couldn’t return it because of the no return policy on food. I gave four stars not because of the taste, but because of the price.

I honestly have no idea why I originally ordered these! I think a blogger mentioned sweet potato noodles as one of their recommended backpacking foods or something like that. They sat in our pantry for a while before my husband decided to throw them into a stir fry for a change. The texture took a little getting used to, but we really ended up enjoying them! We've repurchased them since. I have a lot of food sensitivities, so we tend to eat similar meals just cooked in different ways. These noodles give us a nice change of pace while still staying within my dietary guidelines. Highly recommend if you're looking for something different!

Noodles are great quality. I love making japchae for my family and love the convenience of ordering online and receiving my noodles within days.

I’ve been off gluten, dairy, and sugar for a couple of years now due to health issues. I’m sure any of you who have similar restrictions know the frustration of having to cut out so many of your favorite foods. I’ve tried lentil and chickpea noodles before these. I like them, but also had a reaction to those products. These are the only noodles that I can actually eat and not have any reactions to. By themselves they are basically flavorless. But if you doctor them up with some seasoning, they are really good! It’s a comfort to have such a nice substitute for wheat noodles. I highly recommend you try these.
