I've tried a number of over the counter remedies to control my hot flashes but none of them did a lot of good. But these work really well for me. It took a few months before the hot flashes dwindled from several per day, to 1 or 2 per week. I'm really pleased with this product.

I get the benefits of estrogen without having to deal with gynoclamastia!!!!

This is a god send!!! For those of you who have tried all other menopause pills. This bottle is the holy grail!! I have tried everything and once I started using this product I have finally been able to alleviate the hot flashes I have been suffering with. Gone is the sweating, the heat, I actually know it’s cold outside! Can finally get relief! No side effects to date, except my migraines have come back but I’ll take them to the overwhelming feeling of heat permitting my body daily. You’ll feel relief within a week if not a few days of taking these pills.

I read several reviews on this product and have to say I agree with all the good ones. I expected I would have to take the supplement for a week or two before I felt some relief, but I noticed a difference the first night. I still have the occasional hot flash (more if I drink before bed), but they are not as bad and not as constant throughout the night. If you're enjoying (NOT!) menopause, I highly recommend this product.

I read all the good reviews and had thought I found something that would be useful to me. Unfortunately this really didn't work for me as well as I had hoped. I usually take Estroven and I loved it, I should've stuck with it. When I switched to the GNC brand I noticed a difference in my hair and mt energy levels. Not exactly for the better. With Estroven my hair was more manageable and healthy looking. I started to take this and now my hair is dull, lifeless and a frizzy mess. I also had more energy with Estroven. I find myself more tired with this brand. I am not even going to finish this bottle and go back to what I know works for me. We are all different and react differently to supplements.

I researched help for hot flashes one night after I had been woken up for the 3rd time. I was beyond frustrated with ending up dripping with sweat, turning the fan on now off then on... One minute I'm sweating and hot then next freezing. I counted I had 6 hot flashes between 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. I thought anything is worth a try. I'm on day 6 of taking this supplement 2X a day. I will say my hot flashes are not gone but less often and less intense. Fingers crossed this continues.
