Meccano Multi Models 30 Model Set

It's proper meccano! Metal pieces - not plastic so really durable. LOTS of very small parts and fairly complex builds so younger enthusiasts are likely to need some help. Packaging was fine for delivery but not very useful to store all the parts - once they are out of the plastic wrap they can go everywhere.

This was bought as a gift suprisingly for our grandaughter. Christmas day the table was covered with all components with both grandaughter and son-in-law immersed in building the many possible motorised vehicles. Lunch was delayed and rushed through. A week later and it is occupying the whole family including grandson, who says this is better than the gift we gave him. I bet it's on his birthday list in March!!!!

Although on your product description a battery powered tool was included there were no such tool.

Bought this for my grandson. It arrived really quickly and was well-packaged. A good quality product that will never be out of fashion despite the electronic games that are proliferating.

Instruction manual missing and despite spending many hours trying to make contact with a custome service dept at Meccano I find it impossible to make any contact. The set is obviously useless without instructions and my young son is very upset.

Easy to use, great fun and educational for my grandson - hands on,brings back childhood memories of my own. Good instruction booklet.items well marked, well made and durable. You will love it.

Got this for my son's 7th birthday, he enjoyed it at first but, as with all birthday presents, soon drifted off to other gifts. Once the summer ends I expect him to get back into this - seems the right size/level of difficulty for a 7 year old.
