I got my puppy yesterday and this is, so far, the best thing I purchased. He wrestles with it and sleeps against it. He slept through the night which I totally did not expect. The toy is bigger than he is and that make the whole thing just that much cuter. I have a feeling I will be going through a lot of batteries but I think it's completely worth it. The toy is soft and so far has taken the little guys teeth with no tearing. I'll update further if he manages to rip it open or anything Update: No tearing and I did put in a hand warmer overnight to see how that worked. It made the toy warm enough to the touch to be comforting but not too hot. I'm not sure my puppy noticed or cared and I haven't done it since. He loves to wrestle with this and sleeps next to or on top of it whenever it's nap time. Update May 2017 -- He loves this toy, he still sleeps with it every night. It hasn't had a heartbeat or the warmer in years but it is still his go to sleep toy. It goes with him to boarding and on every trip. He still has the original stuffy though it doesn't have ears or eyes anymore. I had to wash it once due to an explosion in the crate, with a lot of bleach, and it fared very well. He wasn't sure about it for a few days as it didn't smell right anymore, but he soon fell in love with it again. Im very impressed with the quality as this has lasted three plus years of pretty constant mauling. Five Year Update: He still loves this toy. I keep considering getting a new one and swapping them out but it's held up surprisingly well. Seven Year Update: My neighbors got a puppy and she just cried the whole first night in the crate. I got her one of these and the difference is amazing. She hears the heartbeat and goes directly into her crate! I broke down and got my dog another one, even though this is a big pricey for the size of toy. He is in love. He has spent hours cuddling with this in the past two days. I put up a pic of the old one vs new one. I finally washed the old one and it's better, but he LOVES the new one. I was being sentimental as it was the toy I had with me when I picked him up from the breeder, but apparently he doesn't care. I will be getting more, possibly yearly, as he destroys them.

This is a must for new puppies. I took a Snuggle Puppy with me when I picked up our labrador puppy at 7 weeks old. The breeder rubbed it on the mother's back a few times for us to capture her mother's scent and we were off for a two hour ride home. She slept the whole way home on top of her puppy and slept for 5 hours the first night with just a few whimpers at the half-way mark. The ride home and a new environment really wore her out. By the third night and every night since, both my puppy and I have gotten a good night's sleep (7 hours then 9+ hours)! I think the heart beat and heating pack, along with her mother's scent, made her transition to our house go so smoothly. Both the heating packs and heart beat worked as advertised. I never replaced the battery in the hearbeat but stopped using that after a week or so when I was confident her bedtime routine was solid. Now at 14 weeks, she will take the puppy out of her kennel to play with and most nightes uses it as a pillow. The snuggle puppy is well-constructed and shows no signs of wear and tear. The tail has been chewed on daily and is still there. I could have an easy puppy but would never bring home another puppy without a Snuggle Puppy. Our nighttime temperatures will be below zero this week so I will stick a heating pack in Snuggle Puppy to help keep our puppy comfortable. Snuggle Puppy is the best invention to help a new puppy transition to their forever home.

This was a game-changer for our dog as a fresh puppy. If your puppy is adjusting to the kennel when you first get him, being away from his mom and siblings, you need this. The first night we brought our puppy home, he cried and cried all night in the kennel. We bought this for him the next couple nights and he was calm and slept. It took the stress and anxiety of being in a new place away from him. It even has a an insert that imitates a heart beat and you can warm it up so imitate a beating heart and warmth. This was well worth the money in my opinion. I think it would do well for any dog that had anxiety being alone or in the crate.

Our puppy loves it! I was really skeptical but a friend told me about this and I think it has helped! Our new puppy was howling in her crate overnight and this helped to soothe her. Love that there are different varieties and it says it’s machine washable! I work from home so I can monitor her and make sure she’s not tearing it apart. For older pups this could be a safety hazard, but it’s been great for our 8-week old puppy. The Velcro that holds the heartbeat device is super strong. I’d give it 5 stars but so far the motion sensor technology hasn’t seemed to work. It shuts off after 8 hours and is supposed to reactive with motion but I tried shaking it and it didn’t turn on. Not a big deal, but I just have to take take out the heartbeat device and turn it back on every so often. For the cost it would be nice if this feature worked.

This really helped my 4month old rescue pup with bedtime. She went wild at first, she didn’t know what to make of it, then slowly calmed down and snuggled right up to it and slept through the night in a crate. I was shocked. The quality is amazing. It looks really cute and soft. The Velcro is very durable. It’s big enough so the pup can sleep on it. The heartbeat has a timer to save battery life. I would highly recommend. I haven’t even used the heat pack yet, but I will. It’s night 4 and she slept through all nights so far thanks to this puppy.

I was up every 2 hours with our new puppy the first night and listening to the whining and crying in his crate before bed, so I decided to order the Snuggle Puppy and it arrived the next day. Our puppy whined for 5 minutes until he rested his body on the Snuggle Puppy and feel asleep and slept for 4 hours the next night and 6 hours the following night. This is a great way to soothe and calm your new puppy. Highly recommend!

J'avais compris que cette peluche était fortement recommandée pour les chiots afin de réduire leur anxiété de séparation. A tester sur le moyen terme. En attendant, la peluche est très douce. Elle est fournie avec le cœur (pile incluse) qui reproduit le battement de cœur et un heat pack initial pour la chaleur. Bonne qualité de la peluche et l'intérieur me paraît sûr mais protéger le chiot une fois pelotonné contre elle. Vraiment charmant!

Magnífico muñeco. No me lo creía hasta que lo ví. Mi perro está loco con él. Es el único muñeco que no ha roto.
