I really like this camera and monitor! It has worked really well for our family and I feel like it’s great quality for the price. I have just a couple cons (see below) but for the most part it’s pros! Pros: -great picture quality -big screen and great features -will activate screen when noise is detected -great sound quality and I can easily hear my children if they wake up -easy set up and pairing of cameras -customer service is awesome (see below) Cons: -the power button is a little wonky, sometimes it takes a few pushes to turn on -you cant control the direction of the camera from the monitor, it’s all manual. This is the biggest thing I wish could change, it makes setting up the camera kind of difficult. You have to make sure it’s just right manually. Also on another note, the customer service is amazing! My son dropped our monitor after only having it 6 months, the drop completely cracked the screen and rendered it almost useless. I contacted customer service and within 6 hours they already had a new monitor shipped to me for free. I was shocked and so thankful for the fast turn around. All in all, great system and I highly recommend it!

We purchased through Amazon Warehouse and this monitor is great. Easy to see monitor even when room is dark. Love the adjustable sound and talk feature. It was super easy to set up. As an update it’s been over a year and this monitor is great and meets our needs. We’ve had no issues with it and has always worked properly Update: Monitor was working great but we had an issue with the battery. Moonbaby Customer service was great and quickly helped. Great monitor.

The top two things I like about this camera and monitor are that the images from the camera are clear, even in low light, and the monitor and all the options are easy to navigate. I haven't tried hanging it on the wall yet, but I'm sure that will be just fine. The battery life is good also - the charged monitor makes it through the night without a problem. There are two big drawbacks that I've discovered. First, the area the camera is able to view is quite small. I can barely fit our kids' beds in the viewing window, even when the camera is on the opposite side of their bedrooms. I would prefer that the camera would be more wide-angle. Instead, it seems like it's always zoomed in. The second drawback is that if you set the monitor to cycle through the cameras and one of them is turned off, it will keep that camera in the rotation. When the turned-off camera comes up in the rotation, it indicates the connection with the camera was lost, and it beeps four times after about 7 seconds. It's pretty annoying. We purchased a 3rd camera to put in a different room, but when we had that camera off for bedtime and it kept cycling through and beeping when it came to that camera, I ended up unlinking the camera from the monitor entirely. I'll be returning the 3rd camera for that reason. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a decent camera setup, and the things I dislike are more preferential, so I don't think that warrants 3 stars.

👏👏👏 they get a round of applause from me. This camera isn’t just fantastic quality it’s affordable too! The only thing this particular camera “lacks” is the ability to move digitally. BUT this company does have that type of camera set if you so wish. When I first bought it I thought I would miss that feature, it turns out I don’t miss it one bit. I use it at night when my girls are sleeping, I have the cameras high enough to see the full crib. The microphone doesn’t miss a beat (or grunts in my case), the image is crisp at night and during the day, I love that I can see the temperature in the room (once it got to 82 degrees in the room and I wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for the camera!), it has so many features I didn’t realize I would enjoy using until I really got to playing with it, and to top it off the customer service is top notch. They want to make sure you are taken care of and in an efficient manner. I absolutely recommend this to any one looking for an affordable and reliable camera.

Don’t waste your money. The old style, we had for 4-5 years. This new one we bought in March, so 6 months later it’s giving us issues with the charging port on the monitor; the cord easily comes out of the monitor. Also, I despise the warning sound for low battery. It beeps once to warn you that’s it. The old style used to beep repeatedly every couple of minutes once it was on low battery. Never buying this again.

I’ve bought a few monitors from this seller and have really liked them. While the quality of the video is excellent, the actual monitor keeps randomly shutting off and losing battery power extremely quickly. I haven’t had this same issues with other models. I bought this one in August so I’ve had it for less than 3 months and am trying to decide if I need to go with something else now. —— Update: the seller contacted me and provided me with a new monitor. The new one seems to have a better battery life. Very pleased with their response and how quickly they sent me a replacement. Just wanted to add that this monitor does have some really cool features… you can keep the screen on at all times or you can turn it off with the volume still on if you don’t want the brightness from the screen in a dark room. You can display videos from both cameras on the same screen and choose which camera you want sound to come from. It’s a great camera for our needs.

Overall for all that this moniter does I would give it a full 5 stars as a whole. It does exactly what it needs to plus more. Although the picture quality isn't AMAZING I can still see my babies through the moniter and hear them totally clearly as well. It also shows the temp on the screen of the room which is definitely good to know. I had the camera for 3 months now and it works perfect but today i drooped it so I emailed moony baby and within 10 minutes or less they emailed me back. I sent them the info they requested and within 10 minutes again they sent me an email informing me my new moniter was on the way and that could keep the old one to use for audio if I pleased or an extra battery which I think is amazing and super generous. Awesome baby moniter, awesome company and remarkable service.

Seriously, I was hesitant about this camera set. We ended up getting it bc of the 2 cameras, and the bigger screen compared to other brands. With our 1st son we got top of the line, samsung, a whole set close to 300 bucks and it died after a yr and a half. They wouldnt replace or anything to help. This company though!!! Moonybaby really backs their products!! My older son is now almost 4 and dropped the monitor, leaving the screen completely broken. I contacted the company and a new one is already on it's way, it's been like 4 months since I ordered! It automatically comes w a 2 yr warranty! Best baby camera company ever!! Some say they do and they make you jump through hoops, they made the process so simple. Also camera quality is very good, night vision too. Love that it isnt on wifi so cant be hacked. Definitely recommending this brand to everyone in the future.
