SEA FISHING CASTING TRIGGER/CASTING CANNON/CASTING AID

I am pleased with the cannon, but I would have been happier if it were made of metal like my other three. The blackcoloured ones are. Plastic does have a 'lighter' feel completely different to the metal triggers and I do not think it would last as long, either. Nevertheless it is worth 4 stars as it casts ok.

Poor substitute for the "breakaway". Had two breakaway ones and both still going strong. This is much cheaper made, and both of the ones I've bought have broken in different places. Spend the extra money on the genuine ones and you won't be disappointed.

Works great and I just used insulation tape to secure it to my rod. Brilliant

Snapped during cast allowing premature release of sinker and bait narrowly missing fishing colleagues. Incredibly dangerous, could have been fatal. Lesson learned, no more cheap imitations for me.

Not difficult to fit and use, does the job

Love this Cannon, it's improved my casting no end.

Very natural motion. Took no getting used to and added about 20yd to my distance.
