Try toasting for best results
These are a bit bland and tasteless but they still deserve five stars because we can make so many more dishes now that we have found a gluten-free chow mein noodle. We have found that toasting these to increase the freshness makes all the difference. We put these on a cookie sheet and stick them in the oven on 250F for 10 minutes and it does a great job drying them out and freshening them up enough to make them taste a lot better. Once cooled, they can be used to make cookies, tossed on top of a salad, or in any recipe and they taste so much better than straight from the bag. They still don't have a lot of flavor on their own, but they taste crispy enough that we find ourselves constantly snacking once they are toasted.

Great Gluten Free Alternative
I've not made my Asian chicken salad recipe in10 years, since having to go gluten free. This is a great alternative! Very similar in texture and taste to LaChoy - which I loved. Will be making the salad tomorrow! Another fav is melting chocolate chips and mixing with the noodles & salted peanuts - spreading in a buttered pie dish - for a delicious candy bite! Can hardly wait!

Very hard texture but taste is great
They are really hard so be careful trying to eat as snack, better to soften in soup or chow mein first

They aren't wheat noodles but work great for being gluten/grain free!
I thoroughly enjoyed these gluten free chow mein noodles. Being grain free for almost 10 years, I missed chow mein noodles more than I realized as they are almost gone! A little crunchier than wheat ones but they soften just the right amount. I like them, and will buy them again.

Gluten Free chow Mein
They are absolutely disgusting. They smell funny I put a few in my mouth I had to spit them out. Very disappointing.

Delicious
Delicious plus gluten free. Glad I found it. Bought several packages.

These seem stale
These seem stale but eating gf isn’t easy. We use less of these than we would if we could eat wheat.

Gluten free and deeeelicious!
Better than the other options, always fresh and crunchy, perfect for salads and stir fry toppings, etc. Gluten free is a total bonus - as well they are not impossibly crispy to hurt your mouth if you're sensitive (I used to get janned all the time by the regular ones). Not buying any other brand from now on
