Pacific Blue Collection Pasta Bowl

This was a gift to add to a Royal Doulton Pacific set of crockery. The bowls are absolutely lovely and a perfect match. Just two misgivings. A minor one that whilst the base of the bowls state Royal Doulton, they do not state Pacific, the latter being replaced by a number. Don’t know why. My second misgiving is with regard to delivery. The first set were smashed to pieces. I followed Amazon return process (which worked superbly) and received replacements within 24 hours. I wonder if the parcel came direct from the suppler as there was no Amazon prime branding, nor was the parcel mark “Fragile “. Given the contents, I would have expected this. In summary, the bowls are lovely but the, packaging needs improvement.

A lovely addition to the dinner service- shame it only came as a pack of 4 when there are 6 designs in this set. Had to be sent from America as not available in the UK. First set was broken as the numpty from the delivery company threw it over the garden wall when he found no-one home to receive the parcel but the replacement was very quick. Ideal for cake or sandwiches at tea time- love em!

Wonderful. Great size and design

Love this so much. We have the RD Ellen D Cobalt blue set of plates and salad plates and they match perfectly. Really fun to have a mixed set. Perfect size for pasta, dinner salads, stews etc. Love

I bought these for my daughter's birthday, to match the rest of her collection. They're fabulous, very unusual, extremely well-made and extremely attractive. I just wish they were available when I was young and still buying china for myself!

The colour and size of the dishes. Great for nibbles and for starters.

I ordered these in error as they’re identical to the cereal bowls but in miniature - something that I wish had been clear in the title. These are little nibbles bowls. It’s a lovely range and Amazon swiftly refunded but I’d needed them for a particular event and was disappointed - the title or picture could make there size and usage a lot clearer at a glance.

These are lovely but are small nibbles / tapas / ice cream bowls rather than the bigger cereal bowls. They are lovely so we have kept them anyway.

Worth the price, just as shown. Love the size and shape, good for pasta. Been collecting for this design for years.

I also have some plates, bowls and mugs from the same collection and they are all the same excellent quality.

Great little bowls. Do take out a measuring tape before you order so you how what you're getting. They're definitely too small for cereal or soup, but they're the perfect size for snacks. They remind me of ice cream bowls. The pattern is pretty and if you watch for price fluctuations, which can be drastic, you can get a great deal. They came very well packaged, so no chips or cracks.

Very well made serving dishes. Great West Coast/Japanese design. Perfect for sushi or other small appetizers. High quality and made in England. The set features four different unique designs.
