Gorgeous and QUALITY
Nice heavyweight faucet set. I ultimately chose a different design but I was really torn and the finish and quality were amazing and the price was half of the one I kept (that was dumb!) - highly recommend !

Elegant faucets
These faucets look terrific in my renovated bathroom. The drains leaked a little at first and my plumber says these drains can be an issue but he fixed it up and no more leak. I love the shape and the quality is nice too. Good value for the price!

Beautiful vintage look but not holding up to time
had to get in touch to get a replaement part, they have responded in real time, and are sending the replacement part free of charge... was not expecting THAT

Water spots and leaking
We have had this installed for about 4 months and there is a leak coming from the handles. Not sure how that’s even possible as we have tried to figure it out. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with installation as all of the connections are dry. Must be defective. Trust me, we have thoroughly inspected every connection point.The finish is also already covered in water spots and the gold color is coming off of the handles. The drain is fully discolored.Very disappointing because it was just a waste of money. The design is beautiful but the quality is very sub par. I don’t see a warranty or a way to contact the manufacturer.

Good faucet so far, so-so customer service
The faucet wasn't too hard to install and seems to be made of good quality parts. However, I lost one of the flex hoses that the faucet came with, and when I reached out to GG Study, they told me they were sending me a replacement immediately at no cost. Over a week later, I can't get a response for a tracking number or an estimate on when it will show up. I would have been happy to pay for the flex, I just want it to actually get shipped.
