These are so yummy. A really good alternative for a snack. They are filling too. Quite pricey so definitely keep an eye out for when they are on offer.

I love these. There is nothing unhealthy in them, it's all natural. They're sweet and SO fruity and flavourful. They're so delicious, I have to remind myself to savour the taste or they will be gone in seconds. Although they're relatively expensive, they are a high quality item (and so worth it for me). Also, they are worth keeping for use in emergencies (any time you might need a snack to avoid becoming "hangry). I think they're the perfect thing to have in the car or your handbag/briefcase when you feel your peckish sensation threatens to become a full-on tummy rumble! I take them with me when I leave the house, along with some water to drink. That way you don't feel you're ever going to be caught out and ravenous.

Great if you want a strong hit of sweetness and still want to feel less/no guilt because the ingredients are all natural & without additives (dates, nuts etc). I haven’t dug deeper, but I presume the ingredients are of quality and responsibly sourced. If so, buy them by the box (5 bars?); makes them significantly cheaper and good for kids lunch/snack servings.

I'm a fan of nakd bars and these almond ones are one of my favourites. They're really tasty - they make a filling snack or good for breakfast on the go.

Easy on the pallet and stomach early morning

These are very tasty, filling, healthy little snacks, the blueberry flavour is quite strong and very enjoyable. There's a good mix of dried fruits and nuts in them, which have been finely blended and smooshed into these rather small-yet-dense bars. The texture is pleasant, there's enough of a mild crunch along with the firm paste, that it's akin to a dense, moist cake. A huge reason for purchasing these, is not only their commitment to quality, organic ingredients, but also the absolute lack of palm oil! Not only is the Palm Oil industry an ecological nightmare, destroying the habitats of endangered species, many people *myself included* are allergic to palm oil and suffer severe gastrointestinal effects. It's getting increasingly difficult to find any food that isn't made with palm oil, almost everything found in supermarkets contains it, so these Nākd snack bars are a rare treat and healthy snack to boost my very limited energy. I just wish they weren't so expensive, I understand that decent quality ingredients cost more, though £2.50 for a pack of 4 bars (or £2 for a pack of 3 in Asda) is a bit steep.
