Tangle Teezer The Compact Styler, On-the-go Detangling Hairbrush for All Hair Types - Gold Rush

I have a 6 year old granddaughter who always has tangles and snarls in her hair and hated to let anyone help her brush it because it hurt so bad. So when I gave her this brush I was surprised to see her brush her hair for the first time without a lot of pain. I'm not saying it took all the snarls out that first time but with help from grandma we got them all out with a lot less pain than she had before. And now she brushes her hair every morning and night because she loves the brush so much. Her long hair is not so hard to take care of now. She liked it so much I bought 2 more for my other granddaughters because they saw how easy it was to use and that it really worked getting the tangles out. It's always hard to find a good brush and this really worked.

My only reservations when buying the travel size Tangle Teaser were the reviews that complained about the product being a cheap imitation from China. I ordered it anyway and I can say that this is 100% an original Tangle Teaser. I am attaching photos of the packaging that includes the hologram which verifies the authenticity of the product. The quality is just as good as my original full-size Tangle Teaser. The size of the travel brush is about 2/3 of the full-size brush. I was surprised at how large it is for a travel size version. The cover fits securely and snugly, protecting the plastic bristles. It is not a lightweight product for those of you looking to pack light.

I have the original size Tangle Teezer and it works great! That's the reason I wanted the compact one. It doesn't work as well as the original size. I won't use it.

This brush is really nice and gentle on my curly thick hair, but I prefer to brush when my hair is wet. I recommend for all ages (kids won't fuss over how much a brush hurts) and any customer will definitely like to pick out their favorite color out of a wide collection. My favorite thing about this brush is how comfortable it is in size. It's not too small, or obnoxiously large, and I can easily take it anywhere... awesome if traveling!!! After this product, I can enjoy brushing my hair for once since it has always been a nuisance. Also-- I can trust the seller because this product was mailed to me in its original package. Really great brush!

This is a decent brush in terms of function. It detangles my hair wonderfully and it leaves it feeling soft and shiny. (Also able to use on both wet and dry hair). however I was expecting it to be a little bit larger in size. I will keep it anyways and use it for traveling purposes and eventually buy myself the larger size.

This product does have quite the buzz, and after coming back from the United Kingdom I HAD to try it out. For some odd reason I really like hair brushes and combs. I have a few Denman brushes and I LOVE those! I saw this product and I find myself going on amazon and reading reviews on it. Many people were raving about this product and I felt like it would be a miracle worker. I bit the bullet and I made the purchase! After using this product I found that it was OKAY. I had really high expectations and after reading reviews I felt like this would be the holy grail brush. I do like it, and I like whipping this thing out of my bag and combing my hair but I feel like it does the same job as my other brushes. I dont really feel a difference, but it does get the job done. The tangles in my hair are not that bad so I dont think it is a miracle worker for me. Overall, its a cool brush, kind of pricey for what it is though. Its a bit bulky but I am always carrying a huge bag so I dont mind. This product is just "okay" for me. I still love my denman brushes.

I think this product has multiple purposes. I love the look and feel in my hand. It gets all my tangles out when my thick, African American, hair is wet. I think people with straight hair could use it for its alternate use, given in its name, teezing. However, I would not recommend using this on dry curly hair if you are trying to straighten it doesn't seem to do well, or maybe it was just my dry thick 3c/4a hair if you wanted to know the hair type. It may for others, but I fell back on my denman brush for the 2 times a year that I blow dry and flat iron my hair. It is easy to clean, since hairs are all together. Then, rinse with soap and water. The bristles are kept in good condition having the cover, which is really nice. Only regret, wishing I had found it earlier. Using kinky curly products in the shower would have been a breeze with this brush.

this came recommended and i got it because it seemed fancy. the bristles are pretty pointy on my scalp and god forbid i accidently get my neck, ear, or shoulder. ouch. it's also a bit awkward to hold. i wouldn't buy this again.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour ma femme qui a des cheveux longs et souvent emmêlés, malgré les après shampoings ou produits démêlants. Le résultat est époustouflant (selon ses dires), La brosse est utilisée sur cheveux mouillés, après la douche, et les cheveux sont tous bien démêlés. Un ou deux passages suffisent à démêler. Toujours selon ses dires (je n'ai pas testé, j'ai les cheveux courts), plus besoin de tirer sur chaque touffe de cheveux et de s'arracher les mèches. La brosse est parfaitement conçue pour une bonne tenue en main. Conclusion: Fini les séances de torture après le bain et malgré un aspect assez cheap, elle change la vie:)

Ormai tutti conosceranno la magnificenza di queste spazzole: anche coi capelli bagnati, non tirano e non strappano i capelli. Dopo aver acquistato la versione standard, ho acquistato questa più piccola e con il copri setole per trasportarla nella borsa della palestra o in viaggio senza rovinare appunto le setole. Pensavo fosse veramente piccola, in realtà anche per me che ho i capelli molto lunghi risulta comoda. Fighissima la versione nera e oro, elegante e super cool!

I bought this for brushing my hair after putting in hair extensions, these are the best, they don't tangle or pull at the root of the extensions. Must have if you have hair tape-in hair extensions!

Worth the money. I can't do without this comb. Very less hairfal with this product and combs through easily and softly without any tangles. Must buy those who suffer hairloss
