Prestige Pressure Regulator Weight Whistle for Prestige Brand Pressure Cookers - Old Models

We lost the whistle by getting stuck into the kitchen side paths. We really worried about getting new one because it is difficult to get one which matches the indian make and it should fit, but our hope came in right time when we search through amazon. this product helped us in right time and now we are using it, really works well and fits in Prestige cooker which we bought it from India. So the story of this buy begins when the whistle of my cooker suddenly vanished not to be seen again. I looked up online, couldn't find any that would fit a 2lt cooker. This looked promising and I ordered it crossing fingers. But this not only fitted well, it whistled out as loud as the previous one. Just that I have to make my cooker give a few more whistles to cook my food.but I was never a whistle counting cook anyway. Its about cooking time for me and that remains the same. I'm satisfied with my purchase and would totally recommend this. It's an awesome replacement. You can also keep it as a stand by in case you lose yours and need an alternative immediately
