This is the most expensive thing I've ever purchased from Amazon, and I had some very serious reservations about buying something so expensive on line. However, we'd done our research, checking out local furniture, and we knew this manufacturer was top of the line - and the price was a whole lot better than anything we could get locally. So, I took the plunge, and I couldn't be more pleased. The seating itself is wonderfully comfortable, and perfectly supportive. I'm short, and my husband is tall - and it perfectly fits us both, thanks to the infinitely adjustable reclining positions, the adjustable lumbar support, and the adjustable headrest. I can recline to watch TV and still have my head supported, and so can my husband. The mechanisms are solidly built and almost completely silent - I can adjust without interrupting the movie. The seating is firm enough to be supportive - not mushy - but padded enough that there are not hard spots, my legs don't fall asleep, and I can watch tv comfortably for hours. This thing weighs a LOT, more than 400 pounds. While the backs can be moved separately, the base seats are all in one big piece, so moving this thing around is a very big challenge. You're definitely not going to get it down steps by yourself. However, getting it assembled is very, very easy. Because it's solidly built, the pieces fit right together simply and easily, and the various electrical connectors go together perfectly. The only negative to report about the experience is that the carrier screwed up the delivery. They sent our shipment to another town, and brought us the wrong thing. However, they did eventually get it unscrewed, after several days. Those things happened, and our furniture arrived in perfect condition. My only real complaint is that what's listed here as the carrier is actually some kind of service, and the carrier is some other freight company - figuring that out and getting connected up with the freight company was very annoying. But, I'd do it again. Great furniture at a competitive price for the quality.

This is a quality, well thought out piece of functional furniture. The leather is good quality, the electronic features work perfectly, it is very comfortable and the reclining ends, headrests and lumbar support can be adjusted separately. You can also program your favorite position so you don’t have to adjust every time. The plug, 2 USB ports, cordless phone charger, table with two cup holders and two adjustable lights in the fold down center are so convenient. The outer armrests each have a storage compartment that includes a table that attaches to the front of the armrest big enough for a small laptop or tray and an additional cup holder. It requires a power strip with at least 4 plugs. When you are in it with your necessities you are self-contained and only need to get up for a potty break! It came well packaged, protected and in perfect condition. Delivery was on time and the delivery crew was fantastic. Seatcraft created an amazing piece with this one, we love it!

These seats are high quality luxury power seats. The leather grain is flawless in quality and the midnight black makes it pop in my opinion. The power seating power motion is fluid, firm and powerful including adjustable headrest, power lumbar support and back and leg extension. The soft cushions allow for gentle seating regardless of seat position. Very relaxing after a stressful day. Given the high quality of the seats as you would imagine they are somewhat heavy and movement and assembly may take two or three people. Power cords are easily hidden in the back. Great additional features of these seats include: flip down middle seat that converts into docking area for phone and smart device charging, armrest with light and power outlet. Overall these are very functional high quality elegant luxury power seats.

These chairs are comfortable. They are not as soft as I had hoped, but they support well and work great. They also came apart easy enough to be able to move upstairs which was very nice. Some things that could be improved are switch location for the function, common electrical junction and center console from middle seat. The switch location is in an awkward location that you must hunt for and the switch operation is backward from what I would expect. For example you press the down button for recline, headrest out, etc. The online video showed it as it should work. This chair set has 4 power plugs. I had to buy a multi outlet surge protector to tie them all together and mount it behind the middle seat. This should be come with the chairs. The center fold down console works ok but is not the best ergonomically since it is a bit high for placing a drink. It would also be nice if this had storage for small things like remotes, too. The phone charger and USB/110V outlets work great. Overall, very nice. I'm hoping is lasts a long time.

First things first, me and my wife made the mistake of underestimating the weight of this couch even with the back supports disconnected, get yourself a friend or two to help position this couch, the box is HUGE and the unloader that put it in my garage even struggled. That being said once it is placed in the room it is very easy to assemble, the back pieces were not difficult to click into place like some couches, it does require 3 power outlets so keep in mind you may need an extension cord or to run a line close to the couch. The craftsmanship is very good and the couch if comfortable but not to 'squishy' which if you've spent any time at a chiropractor they will tell you couches are a chiropractors worst enemy. Between the soft but firm support and the lumbar support, it is a relief to my back! I told my wife if we were getting a new couch (we had bought 3 in the past 2 years, from 100 to 500 dollars) I was going for quality and I didnt want to buy one for a long while. After a few months I can tell this couch will last. Very pleased that the company even called after a few months to make sure I was enjoying the couch, excellent on all counts!!!

We purchased these items in January 2019. They were delivered and put in our garage. They were crated and wrapped in plastic and Styrofoam. There was no damage to any of the pieces. The seat backs are removable, making it easier to carry into the house. The bases fit through the door easily. The chairs have the lighted bases and cup holders, which we liked. All pieces have the accommodations for the accessories. We have the tables, which come in handy for snacking or remotes. We chose the couch because of the pull down center console with cup holders and charging capabilities. The leather seating is beautiful and comfortable. The lumbar support really makes a difference in comfort as well as the power head rest. The chairs also have the seat kickers built into the bases and are hooked up to our subwoofer, what a great experience! These pieces are a great addition to our home theater set up. Overall this furniture is very well made and is worth the price. OH, and we love how the room now smells of leather.

I ordered "White glove delivery and setup. Driver dropped off at my front door and would go no further. Seller immediately refunded the $300 fee. I bought a hand truck and dolly. Then my wife and I (we are in our 60s) nearly broke our backs getting it into the house and placed. Connections were self explanatory but I felt for the price that the wiring between units should have been pre done. Messy ! Function of the main up/down button seems reversed. I was able to remove the control panels and put them back reversed 180°. I'm disappointed that the center seat does not have an extendable foot rest. I miss not having an arm rest on the side opposite the controls. Center back section is too high to work as an arm rest. Tray tables don't extend over your lap. You have to lean over uncomfortably to eat food from it. All in all,if I could do this again I would opt for a simple 3 or 4 seat unit with proper arm rests and not this fancy Center section. Looks good on paper but not that functional for me. Plus side is good quality leather, seems sturdy and solid.

I was looking for an "entertainment sofa" with dual recliners, USB ports, in black leather. Other options from home theater companies are far more expensive and don't look as nice! Plus, this sofa comes with FREE SHIPPING with Prime! Crazy given how much it weighs (it's a sturdy, heavy sofa). It's great to lay across with the middle section up, and great for two adults each with their own recliners at each end and the middle table down. Great for popcorn, my phone as it charges, and has drink holders all over the place. It has storage in the two armrests, as well as tables for laptop, etc., that you can store inside. Other accessories (tablet & phone holders, lights, wine glass holders) are also available. The seats are very supportive and comfortable, adjustable footrests, headrests, and lumbar support. The leather is very nice: supple without being too soft, and firm enough that I am confident it will wear well over time. Initially, I had an issue with the middle section not being straight...I contacted Seatcraft who was very understanding and patient over email, they dealt with the issue immediately and ordered me the replacement part at no cost, and it was delivered free as well. My experience with the sofa and customer service has been excellent. I would recommend this sofa to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
