Mild flavour white fish great for curry
I wanted a mild flavoured white fish that would flake apart in a curry (without worrying about bones) and this fish worked well. I added the whole pack to a large pot that had spiced sauteed onions, two tins of chopped tomatoes and enough stock to cover the fish; it cooked well and then flaked apart.
