It is a great portable washer. I used to wash my air conditioners without any problem. It works perfectly.

I loved this product. It did everything I needed it to. Then this week it decided to no longer hold a charge - to the extent that I get a green light indicating it is charged I unplug it and nothing. When I plug it back in it's a red light again as though it had never even charged. I've only had it about a year and a half I paid $189 for a product that lasted 18-19 months... That's $10 a month. I would have liked a longer laying product for that price. I've also already replaced the nozzle once. Not even a whole 2 years. Unreal

My husband love it. Received in excellent new conditions and great quality material. It's perfect to clean the inverter air conditioners, it's lightweight, the tank includes the hose with sprayer, a strap to carry it, additional nozzle tips, and the battery charging cable. Easy to use, it's operates perfectly.

Absolutely essential peice of kit for an HVAC/R technician.Only complaint is I wish the hose hookups were metal.

This thing is T!TZ broooo. I had a hand pump prior , the company I work for has about 10 of these laying around but none have any working batteries so I bought my own on here! This thing is awesome.

Company ignoring their defective product accountability.I ordered this to use in my little apartment yard. I used it often through the summer months (ONE summer) when I had flowers and to spray off everything. In spring when I went to use it again the sprayer had disintegrated and broken (it was kept in shade as pictured). It was still under warranty so by the time they sent me a new sprayer, the one year warranty expired. When I put the sprayer on I discovered the pump was not working and it was just dribbling and unusable. Now they won't fix or replace the pump or unit. I am a disabled single mom and being out $170 for something that others have used for 5 years or more is aggravating. I have no way to do what I need to do without a unit like this and I can't find another on the market I can afford, but I shouldn't have to buy another one given the circumstances. I pray the company reads this and takes action which they have ignored my emails regarding this situation. Now I have no way to maintain my yard and my plants and roses all died and my patio is nasty from dirt, webs and my service dog's dog urine. I will update my rating if the company corrects this in some way. I currently do not recommend this company.
