It's a three because I typically wear a size 18 but due to a new company went a size larger- I most certainly should have went up another size. It's far too snug to be worn over a free hours.

If you value your ribs, do yourself a favor and don’t.
When I first ordered this, I was just about 14 years old. Young, horribly naive, and eager to get myhands on a binder, even if it meant ordering off of Amazon and sacrificing quality. The only reason I gave this product any stars was because it does what it’s supposed to do - it flattens your chest (or, at least, it did for me, and I’m hardly an A cup). But really, don’t buy this. It’s not a safe product at all, especially for younger people. The materials aren’t safe or too breathable, and it ended up deforming my ribs.Yeah, really. My lower two ribs stick out much further than the rest of my ribs because the materials used aren’t proper and it’s a cheap binder made by people who don’t fully know what they’re doing. Hell, they labelled this for lesbians/girls, even though most people who bind aren’t girls at all.Save up for a decent binder and don’t mess your ribs up like I did. I recommend g2cb.

Pretty good
I was super psyched to receive this binder in the mail and I received it way before the projected shipping date which is also a big plus. The design of this binder is a lot better than some of the other ones that I own. Its made of cotton material which is a lot more comfortable than some of the other binders I own made of mesh\polyester. There are also hooks on the side so its adjustable and easier to get on and off and the neckline is lower so it doesn't feel like I'm getting choked to death. This binder did run just a little too small so its snug in the back and the elastic band that is built-in barely covers my chest so there is a weird jiggle when I walk. Overall, I like the design and it does its job of flattening me out so I probably will buy another one but try a size up to see if that improves the fit.

Followed the measurements listed to choose a size and it fits perfect. Works really well and I am able to wear it all day long, it's a life changer!

Pretty Good
It works pretty good, except for the fact that there is no no support at the bottom of it. It could of been a little more binding. I did order to my measurements.

Not for people with larger breasts like it says.
Way too small and horribly uncomfortable. My breasts were still visible at the top, and it worked more like a sports bra. It was hard to breathe, and I woke it for about five minutes and it still left marks.

Good for temporary; upgrade eventually
It works for a first binder. Not the most comfortable but it does help. I've had it for almost a month now and it hasn't torn yet, the quality is decent. It does slide a bit but after putting a tank top under it it seemed to stay a bit better. If you're trying binders for the first time I would recommend this, just be sure you don't wear it too long. After 8+ hours it gets uncomfortable (like all binders).

Better off with Underworks.
It felt bigger than I would've liked and they binding material doesn't cover the entire bust area. It's just a long strip toward the bottom so while it flattens, my upper chest gets pushed up which is the exact opposite of what I want.
